So bad service and very attitude. I ordered a medium cup of iced Capp. When they put on the table, the cup was spilled a lot.... They impatiently changed the lid for me and told me that it was only this amount. I have never seen it before Such bad serviceattitude. Read more
Terrible service. There was 6 or 7 staff working and only one on till. One staff was on till, room an order from a friend or... regular customer spent 5 min to make her order and then proceeded to do other tasks. There was no order and no staff managingthe large queue forming. I was the second person in line after the ?friend? and stood there for 10 minutes and was not evenacknowledged whilst other rude people budged in line with their mobile orders or simply not seeing where the line was forming. Good place to grab anything to-go if ordering via mobile app. Just make sure you order earlier on lunch and dinner time as they... don't have that many staff to take care of orders during these busy times of the day or else you'd be standing and waiting foryour food to be ready for 10-15 mins and realize you only have 15 mins left for your break when you're working. Being an avid connisuir of Tim Hortons, I have an expectation for quality, and this location does not supply it at all... I... order 2 craveables and two Crispy chicken wraps and the chicken, was not crispy at all but like warm and kinda soggy/cold.. ithonestly ruined my whole experience and made me lose my appetite and made me feel sick... Like I have certain expectations butthe craveables them selves had close to nothing on them, so basically just ate bread and two chicken strips with minisculelettuce and a wrap that wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese, and lettuce that looked like it's stored for to long...Definetly not appealing in any way... It was nice that I was able to talk to store clerk and made another one for me... But itsucks that I didn't get everything remade as I know it's busy at this location Read more
This is usually a super busy location with a queue out the door so today I visited as it was surprisingly quiet. I ordered 3... muffins - blueberry, fruit explosion and chocolate chip. There was initially a problem in the cashier understanding my order butthis is between two masks, a perspex guard and there generally being quite a few people talking and eating, which is totallyunderstandable. The cashier double checked my order and I could see from the till screen each one I'd requested, she then handedme a bag in which I could feel the three muffins. Once home I opened the bag to share with family and found I'd been given 3 ofthe same muffins. ???? Granted, I definitely should have checked before I left but felt as we'd gone over the order already, itshouldn't be a problem. Lesson learnt. Read more
Terrible Tim's, one of the worst I have been to. Staff are rude and unapproachable. Its also pretty confusing where to even... order and pickup, overall not a comforting experience. I recommend you grab a coffee to go. Read more
I requested for French vanilla XL and the cup was not filled for the price they charged 3.35 $ for 1 coffee??. since the sugar... is usually not mixed well, i asked ofr a small cup, he told me to buy 1 extra. the lineup was like 50 people - it's terrible andnot worth it. dont know why ppl are so desperate to line for this.The staff are ok not rude like in some other TH.
