Customer service zero, they have a number system which is fine if done correctly. Not a person with a heavy accent calling out... numbers that were unrecognizable by majority of customers. This location is ridiculous. I order probably 3-4 times per week and I absolutely hate getting matched to this location. They... NEVER send everything in the order. If you ask for 2 of the same thing you only ever get 1. Coffees never have the proper amountof sugar and they are not stirred. If they are out of stock with the item you ask for, they do not call to let you know so thatyou can choose something else. They simply don?t send the item. BAD SERVICE, POOR QUALITY! Read more
Quick Service for food but I will add that after my breakfast I asked to use the bathroom, I was told there was some one in it,... I said thank you. I waited and then knocked on the door no one in it so I went back to ask again and this time she was rude, Iunderstood she was busy but all she had to say is I will get to you in a few minutes instead if looks could kill I would be dead and Spewing out her orders to me that she was to busy.so I waited by the time I got in the bathroom there was no toilet paperand it was a mess in side. I visited Tim Hortons on Monday evening. There was long long queue. took almost 1 hr to get on counter for ordering and another... 20 min to get the order. They should definitely increase the staff for speedy delivery. Tables & floor wasn?t cleaned as well,seems like this place deep cleaning beyond the regular cleaning as well. Ordered a sausage biscuit, I took one bite and almost spit it out. Bread was barely toasted but I'm not sure how much that would... have changed how edible this was. Couldn't be bothered to ask them to fix it, I'm done. I threw it out and have my gift card toa homeless person. Tim Hortons is rolling in his grave, for shame. Went to McDonald's for something edible, at least theirbreakfast generally is. Read more
Went in about 1015pm on June 11. The donut/muffin display was arranged complete out of order, the signs didn't match with what... the tray held. The service was very slow we waited for probably 5 to 10 minutes even though there was quite a few peopleworking. When we were helped, the cashier was friendly. After we had our donuts, and was waiting for our tea, we watched as oneof the cashiers handled a garbage bag didn't bother washing her hands or changing her gloves and then started working on thedonut display and handing the customer the food. Love the service at this Tim Hortons. The team is friendly, quick and clean. I?ve been coming here for. Few months now and... they?ve started recognizing me which makes my experience better. Sometimes it?s hard to tell with coffee is mine but when themake eye contact with me and set the cup down it?s communicated that that is in fact my coffee. Food is consistent. Thebathroom is locked which is inconvenient at times but overall likely necessary. There are not many bathrooms in this area andit seems they have had some troubled guests that have taken advantage of the private space for long periods of time whichinfringes on other peoples need to use a clean bathroom. It is a little crowded at times bride pick up station. The wall thatdivides the seating area that has a fire place in it takes up a lot of room (maybe it?s structural) Overall this is myfavourite Tim Hortons in Burnaby. Read more
Date 2 October 2022 around 2?o clock there was girl name *Antonio* and she amazing like the way she take order with smile, and... then look after the customers so that they have served or got the proper food. I mean she knows how to attract customers andmake them happy with service. I hope she will get some kind of pay raise or maybe position soon. She knows her job very well. Read more
