This location has no customers services at all. Google says this branch opened at 8am on Saturday and I asked your staff it?s... opened at 8:00am. But your staffs didn?t open the store front until 8:15am and still not ready for order. Read more
Disappointed. Charged for honey for my tea. Equalled to 1/3 cost of my drink. Every other Tim's I've gone to, no extra charge... for honey. No app use at this location. When looking at receipt, discovered run by Chartwell, not Timmy's? Read more
I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I have always found the coffee to be very good and the tea options... to be excellent. The food is also very good and reasonably priced. I have never had any problems with the service at thislocation, but I would like to mention that it has been my experience that if you are in a hurry, it is best not to go onweekdays during the morning rush hour , as there may be a slight delay in getting your order taken and your food prepared. Three seperate times i have gotten moldy food here. Two were bages, and one was a farmers sausage wrap. Its pretty hard to prove... something was moldy once youve chewed it up in your mouth, so this is where i hope to warn people. I had a moldy bagel at adifferent tim hortons before. Their quality control is sub par at best, and i think they should require daily healthinspections. Read more
I order a turkey melt and the person got my order wrong so I went back the lady argued with saying that?s not what the receipt... said then finally gave me a replacement which was still wrong that still not a turkey melt. Read more
This was the worst experience I had with a Tim Hortons location. They basically did not have anything. They only offer coffee,... ice caps and donuts. No other common beverages are served. They also don't accept Tims points which many people use to get freedrinks and food. I had to wait 15 minutes for an ICED CAP while 4 people were working in the back. This location needs toimprove their service or they will continue to lose more student customers. Read more
Awful. Other clients complaining about being delivered the wrong order and they had angry faces and were trying not to redo the... oder for this other client and on my simple request for butter on a biscuit they put this 'slightly larger than usual' amount ofbutter. And keep in mind that I'm only doing this review because this is not the first or second time that this happens, andusually are a few select employees. Read more
