Ordered a crispy sandwich and the lady said it would be 5 minutes. Waited patiently in the store for 20 mins while one of the... workers was taking orders, the other one was taking out garage which left the kitchen unattended. Finally one of the workerswent back to the kitchen and made the sandwich but got the order wrong. She just kinda put it on the counter without sayinganything. No apologizing for the wait or anything. They ask you to pull forward after you order, then they take 15-30 minutes to get our coffee's which is ridiculous, then go into... to complain and as usual no manager is there and the natives laugh at you, ignore you its totally sickening. You see peopleleaving there angry and upset all the time. Its the closest one to work, now looking for a Starbucks really anything with goodcoffee. Read more
One of my favourite tims location. It's not the closest one to my house but I will drive a little further for this. Their iced... redeye coffee and lattes are made consistently, are delicious, and are not watered down like many other locations. Keep it up asotherwise I won't have a tims to go to :( Read more
Ordered a large chili and to my surprise the artisan bun is now cut into half but it is more like a quarter of the bun and the... chili was so water down that you cant taste anything other than the salt and pepper that I added. No beans just colored water,celery and some ground meat. It was a complete waste of money. ???? Read more
You order a Spicy Habanero bagel. They have only one thing to do: making sure that all ingredients are in. You pick your order... up, drive to work to later find out they didn't put any habanero sauce you were so much expecting for. Read more
I don't usually leave bad reviews. I worked at this area recently, and after three times there. I feel like I need to leave a... feedback for change. The staff working there often looks very irritated. One time a staff member gave me the wrong order. Shedidn't admit it until I pulled out my receipt. And she gave me a very impatient express and made me a new drink. Is it just me?No. They have been very consistently giving bad services. Don't seems to care. No greeting, sometimes, they just punch in theorder and leave you there without asking if that is all. Come on Tim Horton, you're gonna lose reputation if nothing has beendone to this terrible store. I?ve stopped at this restaurant a few times and it is always (when I visit) buzzing with activity. My wait has been at least 5... minutes before I get to order. Might be Ive always visited during meal times. Staff have always been fantastic and accurate.The food has always been tasty and hot. The sitting area has been pretty dirty. Generally I would say this is due to customersthat don?t put their items away or clean up after themselves when they make a mess. Also, because staff are so busy, the don?tusually have the time or make the time to clean up tables. The times I?ve visited in winter, the seating areas around or nearwindows (most tables) are freezing. Sit near a door and you?ll have a hard time guiding food to your mouth with all thetrembling you?ll be doing. It has a ?lounge?, complete with faux fireplace but is usually occupied. Read more
