I was not serviced for 5 minutes while they were not busy, i was first in line. This is a SFU food place, should be better... managed with time since students have classes to go to. I also had ordered online and i got an everything bagel with herb andgarlic cream cheese, it was available on their website but when waiting for my order i was told it was not. not only that but ionly had one option, cinnamon raisin bagel. no refund and not even one apology. i had to throw it out as i left and wastes mymoney. this has happened to me multiple times with this location and only gets worse. worst tim hortons EVER. fix this. This is WORST Tim?s location ever. DO NOT order here please! It?s always really messy in here and they never have any food! I?ve... given this place a few tries but they constantly are out of majority of their food menu. Why do you offer food on the APP if youdon?t have it? Stay away from this Tim Hortons location. It is dirty, slow, and the food is slapped together. There were no paper napkins for... taking or in provided the bag. My sandwich is burnt, the lettuce is brown and it leaks mayo excessively. Not good. Read more
Used to be one of the worst Tim hortons in metro van. Small portions, missing ingredients on drinks etc. Now the quality of the... food has gotten a bit better. Good change is happening. Read more
Fake reviews created to hide reality, thank god there is a Starbucks nearby. This has to be the worst managed location, out of... order washrooms and doors, glass windows that have never been wiped, staff comes around opening hours, opens with empty shelves,what a joke, SFU deserves better. I placed an online order that was fulfilled by this location. Ordered an everything bagle with herb and garlic cream cheese,... got a BLUEBERRY bagle with herb and garlic cream cheese... not a good combo at all. Also ordered a breakfast wrap, was sloppilyassembled, stone cold, the shell was uncooked, and the cheese was not melted. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasmore like a complete lack of effort. Read more
Customer is expect to pick up their own food from the counter without any service because the lady will not care if the customer... takes the right order. So everyone should feel free to get what ever is left on counter Read more
Went in last night at 7:05 pm. 55 minutes before closing and was told that they shut the grill off and won?t make any hot food.... Didn?t buy anything and went somewhere better. Don?t assume that because they are ?open? that you can actually get anything. Read more
