Worst Tim Hortons in town. Long waiting times, badly done orders. Untrained staff. Better to go down the one at Esso. I was told... it?s the same franchisee but this one it run by foreign students, thus I keep getting a slice of cheese instead of a cheesespread on my bagel with cheese. It?s not all the staffs fault. The poor management and lack of company?s ability & will tomaintain their product and standards play a bigger role. All Tim Hortons goes for now is low paid foreign workers or foreignstudents but they keep forgetting that this was a proud Canadian brand at one time and their customers are Canadians withstandards Read more

Went in yesterday morning around 7.45 had terrible experience. the girl working there was very very rude. She wasn't changing... her gloves while making order, so my husband ask the other guy working there that she hasn't change the gloves. When the guytold her then she came to argue with us and was giving the drive through example that they don't change too and you have to tellthis while giving order. After her rude behaviour, without getting into argument we decide to cancel the order and ask theother guy with turban to cancel the order. Then she came again and stopped that guy from cancelling the order and did it on herown. While she was cancelling the order she gave us full lecture. I felt like she was in a mood to fight and was provoking usto get involved in the fight. However, we came back after cancelling the order. I just have question to the manager and theowner. Firstly Do you guys want your customer to order for hygiene also while order food if so please post sign there so nexttime customer do that?. Secondly do you provide customer service trainig to your worker? Lastly, do you know that you are shortstaffed? and the pressure is resulting in your worker behaviour. Just a suggestion for owner do something before your businessis ruined. I don't mind waiting for my order in line but i do mind how the worker treats us. So, i decided not go to thislocation. The service, and members working, were too slow. The one who made my food wasn?t wearing a hairnet which is for food safety.... Waited for too long in the line and another long wait after I ordered. The fact that I only had one food order (Harvest farmerswrap + other three items that can be easily grabbed) made it worse regarding the service they had offered. Read more
I went in at 5pm asking for a grilled cheese, the close at 8pm but the grill has already been and can longer use. I ordered a... bagel toasted with just butter; she didn't even toast it; the butter is not even melted, she didn?t wear any gloves, and touchedit with same hands she was making others orders and taking cash. This location always has employees who seem forced to work andnever have good attitude or get any orders correct. Worst location. I have no idea how they make any money and stay open. Went there twice. Take a significant longer time to get your order compare with other branches. Dont know about their shift... time, but both time seems under staffed. Wont go to this branch if in a hurry. Food is normal, parking could be busy. Read more
