We got a stuffed crust pizza. It was horrible!!! It was dry with hardly any sauce. The crust was not crispy at all, flavorless.... We have ordered this same pizza twice before and it was delicious. Walked in around 8:25 pm on thursday 11/17 to ask if lobby was open and if there was still time to dine in. Was told they close... at 10 so I figured there was plenty of time brought my crew in of 3 kids and myself total of 4!! Sat down about 10 mins passedand no one had came to the table to even ask about drinks. Mind you we were the only table with customers at the time. Went toregister and asked where we place order and they said ?you can place it here? Ordered 3 drinks a large pepp pizza and cinnamonsticks total of about $27 and left $8 tip!!! About 20 mins go by no one has taken us drinks meanwhile some employees are eatingat another table staring us down laughing others are yelling out curse words and another one was burping non stop trying to makeeach one louder than the last. About 40 mins from time I walked in go by I go to ask about the status on the order and they sayits about to go in the oven because there for dine in somehow there system takes forever to send order to the back likereally??? About 6 or more employees were there at the time and no one knew there was an order!!! SMH. They said about 10 minsand it will be out OK!!! Around 15 mins go by and nothing!!!!!!! I go ask for money back and they say the order is just nowcoming out! SMH!! Only reason I took the food was because I went in with 3 very hungry kids and by this time it was about 9:45pm nothing in Burnet is open at that time! Pizza was still raw & left very bad after taste. Service was good but the place needs some work and how long will the Pizza Hut franchise go without fixing an ice machine?

I'm so glad that this location is still open. We lost ours in Marble Falls and I've been missing the BEST pizza. I drove the... 20 minutes to pick up a couple of pizzas for the party/football game and they did a perfect job on the pizzas and had them readyin 15 min. Great job! Read more

For a few years, Pizza Hut was going downhill, but now, it's under new management &. it is on its way back up!! We dined in last... week & had a GREAT Pizza Hut experience.
