Update September 2022: Since 2020 I have been using the mobile app to order ahead. I often order a drink and a donut. Almost all... of the time they never include the donut. I have to go the front counter to ask for it. Also, today I ordered a hot drink andasked for extra flavor swirl. I was given less than extra and was charged for extra. --- Decent size store. Seating has fewcharging outlets. Bathrooms smell. The staff are mostly very young and while they try, the customer service is often poor. Weonce ordered a hot drink and was given a cold drink. We asked why this was and the employee said the machine to make it hot wasbroken. They made the drink knowingly wrong and gave it to us anyway without saying anything. Read more
Ordered via the app. Order was ready when i arrived about 4 min after placing it. Ordered 2 coffees and omelet bites. I didnt... open the bag to check before leaving. Got home 30 min later and discovered they gave me bagel bites instead. I can't eat breadso they were wasted. Hope whoever got my omelet bites enjoyed them. Read more

Pleased with my recent visit to this Dunkin location. The staff was very pleasant and the coffee was made exactly how I ordered... it. I visited this location during a recent trip to Penn State taking the exit off RT 322. It felt much further than a mileaway off the exit, but, was pleased I stopped by for a good cup of coffee. Dunkin' donuts just rocks. I've never had a bad experience at a Dunkin' donuts whether the employees are having a good or bad... day they have a smile for me because I have a bad day every day. They're donuts are always fresh filled exactly right. Thecoffee is truly amazing especially when it's girl scout cookie coffee time. Keep up the awesome work, you're truly a placepeople like to be. I ordered a bacon crossient the bacon was half cooked. Never will purchase a breakfast sandwich from this place again
