Arrived at 650pm and the boy was flipping chairs up and cleaning. He said lobby was closing. As the gal behind the counter... rudely took our order he flipped the large rug in the air. The meat and veggies looked not fresh. When I asked for a 6 inch shegrabbed the chunk of bread laying next to her on the counter when we came in.....not a good experience!! Read more
Worst Subway experience. No eye contact or smiles, out of all bread except wheat and flat bread, out of cookies, out of spices,... didn't spread the meat, cheese or veggies evenly, put sauce on half the sandwich, put the closed sign out early plus the wholeplace looked a mess including a dirty bathroom with no soap and no paper towels. Was driving through from out of town and pulled into this Subway with my hungry children. As we pulled in, I stopped in front of... the store to verify that they were open. The posted hours said they were open for another 30 min. So I parked and startedgetting the kids out of the car. As we were walking up an employee came out and said they were closed. On the way out of theparking lot, I noticed a handwritten "closed" sign on the door that wasn't there just a minute before. Clearly this employee sawus pull up and about to go in and quickly wrote a "closed" sign because he didn't feel like dealing with any more customers forthe day. Evidently shady employees get to change this location's hours on a whim whenever they're feeling lazy. This occuredSunday, July 10th 2022. Hopefully the next time I'm in Burns this Subway will be out of business and replaced with a businessthat actually wants to take my money. Read more
Great food & great customer service. However, it was too hot inside to enjoy my food. When your AC in the car isn't working &... you have a ways to travel... kind of ruined my experience. I also felt so bad for the people working. I had offered to open thedoor for them to cool the reaurant off, yet was told they could get shut down for health codes. So I ask, with the bs of covid &forcing people to dine outside.. um... I'm at a loss for words. If the owner doesn't replace the AC he's going to struggle tokeep good workers. And.. no offense to the employees but I was sweating. I couldn't imagine the heat on their side closer to theovens! Idk who else wants sweat in their subs. If the owner reads this I pray he takes better care of his employees & theirworking environment! Read more
It was excellent! I got the black forest ham special, and loaded it like a pizza, even added marinara sauce. Most people would... find it disgusting, but I call it the Supreme sandwich. Read more
Subs not very good, but still worth eating,! Did order the wrong cheese, but yeAh,.. the young buck working who delivered our... subs curbside; was so handsome, but extremely respectful knowledgeable kind communitive and just overall a real pleasurespeaking with! If I come threw town again I will eat the food again and we hope that he's working! Read more
