Fix your lids so they don?t leak on people ! They?re design is terrible and then you took straws away so every time you try and... take a sip the leaky lid drips on you. This is happened enough times I?m actually writing a review because of it, so hopefullyyou?ll fix it! Read more
Every time I come to this location I?m disappointed. Last week I came to this location with my puppy in the car since it claims... that it has a drive through. I drove around the location twice, and ended up having to drive to a different caribou thatACTUALLY has a drive through and indicated on google that there is not a drive through option at this location. I see that stillhasn?t been updated. Today I went and ordered a hot press. The barista asked me if i wanted a crafted press, I asked if theyare the same thing? She said yes so I agreed and she put the order in. When I got home I immediately realized that the craftedpress is NOT the same thing at all as the hot press. I almost wanted to go back and ask for the correct drink but the workersare so unfriendly that I don?t think I?ll ever go to this location again. Guess I shouldn?t have trusted that the baristasworking there would actually know the menu well enough to know what I was ordering. Read more
This Caribou has the kindest people you?ll meet to start, or finish, your day. Every time I?m there I see them treat everyone... with a familiar sort of compassion, whether it?s your first time or 101st time there. It may be a coffee chain but it has awarmer local vibe. My favorite Caribou location, always clean, calm, and the staff are super friendly. There is some nice outdoor seating and a... nice bread store just through an open door I've noticed that the tastes of drinks change slightly from location to location, sokeep that in mind! My favorite drink is the matcha latte on oat milk. Read more
Staff was very nice and service was good. The reason for the two stars was due to the cleanliness of the place. Overall the... entire store needed a deep clean and the floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. You'll see in thepictures there's a hairball and lots of general debri. This is the first time at this location to dine in for a shot. It is ok not bad only 4 star due to no booth style seating here... at this location. But don't get me wrong everything include service is amazing here only walking order doesn't have drive in.Could be improved on the future. Location wise is located on a super busy highway intersection. Getting here can take some timeespecially in the afternoon; early morning is ok less traffic. Staff is very friendly they been greet upon entering which is aplus. Read more
