Probably the worst French onions I've ever eaten. Never stopped eating something because of the taste. Very disappointing and... mediocre. And very overpriced. Almost everything is over 15 dollars when you could make it cheaper at a grocery store. Thechicken was rough and had a Texture like a Lego. Music was too loud not very diverse music either. Had children banging on myseat the whole time in the booth. Menu was good and packed a couple things on the menu kind of rubbed me the wrong way with thelack of ingredients considering the costs. Not much flavor in the salad especially since it was wet. Soup looked disgustinglooked microwaved. look like they had trouble remembering our order. And we also saw them get a order wrong with the guy next tous. At the end we kind of scrambled to get thru people to exit. After a while of eating the burger. didn't really sit well in mystomach im having Nausea. I will not be coming back here. Their friendliness and service is their outstanding quality. Food notso great. Read more

I actually like the food here, and, prior to COVID, really enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. I think all of these things, aside... from the quality of food, have gone down quite a bit since then. However, my biggest gripe is the 5% (was 4%) surcharge that themanagement makes very clear isn't a gratituity (I suspect in the interest of getting you to tip in addition). I understandprices have to go up due to inflation, but this trick of adding a surcharge and calling it out like this seems like in poortaste to me. Just build it into the (actually already pretty high) prices on the menu. I'd be willing to revise this reviewshould this change. Read more

Great food & service! Conveniently located in the mall for a quick break while shopping.

The service was great even when they were slammed. They have a black bean and turkey burger option. I had the Breakfast burger... which was the best breakfast burger I've had in a long time. I asked for it to be cooked rare and it actually came that way. The egg was actually over easy instead over cooked and burnt like most places. And Heather who called herself the "chiefJanitor" was just great. Running around checking on everyone and having meaningful interactions with everyone includingentertaining our 18 month old who was a little restless. Read more

Great appetizers and dessert! The Lucky 13 tots are one of my favorite appetizers anywhere. They are large, flavorful, greasy... (in a good way!), although they don't hold together too well, though I didn't mind. Bullbites were flavorful too, and thedipping sauce was good -- but this app is a pretty small portion, good for two people sharing but I kind of question whetherit'd be good for a larger group. We did not order them, but saw several plates of nachos go past us-- and holy cow, thoseplatters are HUGE. Definitely the best choice for a big group. Finished with the skillet cookie... half chocolate chip cookie, half molten lava brownie (either that or the brownie didn't cook through at ALL), served hot in a cast iron skillet and toppedwith ice cream and whipped cream. AMAZING. Don't recall the servers name, but he was fantastic-- they were very busy trying toget together tables for a group of 20, but he was attentive, fast, and always checked in at exactly the right time. Really greatexperience and will go back again. Read more

It was amazing how the extensive menu and everything on it is good. The fries are my favorite traditional fries and were a hit... at our table, along with the dipping sauce. I enjoyed my Inferno burger, and very spicy the way I like it. It was my firsttime. This place reminds me of England. Read more

We've come to Lucky's a number of times. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because their giant pretzel and their cheese... curds are very tasty. But the service is consistently been poor. They continue to raise the prices and still charge a surchargeon top of taxes. At this point the combination of disappointing entrees, salads that come with wilted lettuce and theever-rising and unpredictable prices it's just not worth our returning. But I will miss those cheese curds. Read more

Drinking & gambling? Yes. Go there for that. Staff is nice. Food? Wasn't my fav. The person I was with had the walleye sandwich... and enjoyed it. My prime rib sandwich tasted freezer burned. Bun wasnt toasted so it was soggy. The 3 onion rings I got as myside had the breading falling off and were in a pool of grease. Read more
