I like that you can walk up and order at the window I just wish that they had a menu that's easy to read and order from. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Fries were spongy like they've been under heat lamp for days, and the buns to my... cheeseburgers were crunchy like they've been sitting out in the open for who knows how long. I went back to the store to showthe poor quality of food they were serving, but when I was explaining about the foods quality to a team member, I was cut shortwith a response of, "Okay. I'll get you your money". No matter what industry people may work in, you should take pride in whatyou do. Represent the brand name you are employed by with the highest of standards. Not everyone is looking for something forfree. It's about taking care of your customers to ensure they are not just satisfied, but that they choose to come back againand again. My suggestion: retrain at the management level so that they can show their team members what customer satisfactiontruly means. Read more

They have on their sign that the dining room is open until 11. I showed up at 10:30 and it was locked. As someone on a... motorcycle, drive-thrus don't work well. I can't carry a drink. Had to run from the window to the curb to set my drink down thengrab the rest of my food and awkwardly make it to a parking space. That space was marked "employees only, all others will betowed". I understand if the lobby closes at 10 but don't go out of your way to say it's open until 11. Read more
