We stopped by for a quick dinner when our plans ran longer than we thought. Food was pretty quick and delicious. Fries were warm... and crispy, probably some of the best basic fast food style fries I?ve had. They were quick and very accommodating for a dairyallergy. Cleaned the grill to remove any butter residue, made sure the dairy containing sauces were not added, verified whichmeal was my dairy free vs the dairy containing meal, and the dairy free shake was amazing. Celiac disease sucks. So when a place offers a gluten free bun I give them a shot. First time was great. I would?ve given the... place 4/5 stars at least. But now I?m angry. We got smash burger delivered via doordash. I ordered a gluten free bun. Our orderarrived and I was suspicious. This was too soft for a gluten free bun. So I took a hesitant nibble. My gears were confirmed.While I shouldn?t have had that tiny nibble, smashburger should?ve given me what I ordered. Is it so hard to pay attention tothe order? Read more
Went to order lunch today. Stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes with no employees present. One person was working in the... kitchen, said we would be right with you, 15 minutes later still no service and left. There were three people total eating inthe dining room, who knows how long they waited. Read more
The chicken sandwich I ordered was crispy on the outside and, though a bit chewy, was juicy too. The fries were delicious and... the apple juice was okay too. The cashier, Benjamin, was also very nice, kind and helpful. He also offered a lot off the menuand gave plenty of choices. I was starving that day, so Smashburger really helped. Solid meal! Read more
Very friendly service and the store was clean. Love that they have a good selection of options for different dietary... requirements. I had a chicken sandwich with a multigrain bun and a side of brussel sprouts. My friend had a smashburger withfries. We both enjoyed our choices. Terrible experience, was so slow and employees there don't care about service or customers at all. Did an online order and said... food would be done at 2:07, got there at 2:07 and didn't get my order until 2:53... my fries were cold and my burger wasn't evenhot, luke warm at best. Saw an employee texting while I was waiting too instead of working (despite having a lot of orderssitting in front of her). Employees there just didn't seem to care at. It took me ages to try out smash burger not sure why, but I am sad that I missed it till now. The burgers were amazingly juicy .... I ordered a double chorizo and spicy chicken Baja burger. Trust me they were outstanding. I would definitely recommend to trythis out. Double chorizo burger had a layer of spicy chorizo and I loved it, the burger was juicy too. My wife loved the chickenspicy burger and it?s a perfect one. Read more
