I will NEVER return to this Starbucks.The girl you had working on Saturday Sept 10 at 2:30 who was wearing the headscarf should... NOT be working there.First They STARTED by PUTTING THEIR HEAD IN THEIR HANDS & BENDING OVER SO I COULDN'T SEE THEIR FACE MAKINGME THINK SOMETHING WAS WRONG,SOME KINDA ATTACK ETC!! THEN I STATED what I wanted VERY Clearly the FIRST TIME,I SHOULD NOT HAVEHAD TO REPEAT MY SAME ORDER TO THEM OVER 5 TIMES!!! & they still JUST stood there AFTER THAT SAYING WHAT & ASKING WHAT IWANTED??!! I JUST TOLD THEM OVER 5 TIMES!!! THERE was a line full of people,I SHOULD'VE just walked away,I'm NOT EXAGGERATINGWHEN I SAY SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG!!! I JUST WAS ORDERING 1 DRINK FROM THE MENU,NOTHING COMPLICATED,NO SPECIAL REQUESTS,IWOULD NOT LET THIS PERSON WAIT ON YOU UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPEAT YOURSELF OVER 5 TIMES & STILL HAVE THEM ASK WHAT YOU WANTED!!! They should sell their products quicker or at least get the dust off of them since they sit so long insold. Suggestion: sell it... cheaper Read more
If you're going to tell the customers they can't drink the coffee anywhere indoors, just close down. I've got shopping to do and... a cup of strong coffee helps get it done. I'm not going out to the parking lot every time I want a sip. Not doing it. Thatpolicy will be the death of your business. Read more
I've tried several times to order in this Starbucks and each time I walk up they are busy making other peoples drinks. No... problem but they do not even acknowledge me, No "Hi be right with you," no "One moment please" nothing. Totally ignore me. Then once I finally order sometimes 10 minutes later they won't make eye contact, they sigh loudly (please a pink drink is notas complicated as other drinks people request), they slam glasses down etc. Obviously customer service training hasn't been afocus in some times. I will no longer attempt to order at this one. Every other Starbucks even if they are busy will at leastacknowledge you and not throw a fit when a customer orders something. Read more

They serve good coffee here, and I have had good service every time that I have been in. Yes, there are times that they have a... bit of a wait, (where don't you wait at some point?), but I know what I am getting into when I step in line. I try the new hotdrink items when they release something different to try. Often, I am not going to go to the stand alone Starbucks in additionto my shopping at Super Target. I love you that a lot of things have been integrated into the Target system here so I can enjoymy free birthday drink, and special offers here. The employees are generally friendly and attentive, I like that. Read more
