Disappointed. Arrived on a Monday evening. There were only a hand full of people there. The hostess was also our server, we... assumed they were short staffed. He did a good job of juggling all of the duties. What disappointed us was the food quality. TheLoaded Southwest Potato Twists were cold. I sent them back. They returned to the table over cooked and missing the "loaded". Isent them back again and decided not to order anything else. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was a miss. It did not taste like Iremember it. It reminded me of a store bought dip that was warmed up prior to delivering it to the table. My son's Dragon GlazedSalmon was such a small piece. I doubt it was a full serving although he said it tasted great. My daughter-in-law took herburger home. After arriving home and sitting down to eat it, she found that the burger patty was burned...badly. Had we noticedthis while still at the restaurant we would have returned it. The only thing that worked were the kids' meals and the wine weordered. I understand staffing issues but this appears to be a performance issue since there were barely any customers there.This is my first time at this location, I doubt I'll come back. I do love TGIFriday's though so I'll stick to the location Itypically frequent. Read more
Seriously won't be back.. this was our first time eating here.. do for 1we walked in and waited to be seated for 10 minutes..... there was only 1 table eating there.. 2. The waitress barely came to check on us.. didn't ask if we wanted refills. I waitedalmost 15 minutes for her to come around so I can ask for a 2 go box.. why we were there no one else came in so not sure whatshe was doing.. food was ok.. fries tasted like full dirty grease. This place is terrible and the people are disgusting. My daughter went into the store for an order and asked the lady at the bar... when it would be ready. I waited 30 minutes the order wasn't ready. My daughter was in a out of the store 3 times waiting forthe order. When I decided to go in I spoke to a man he didn't know anything about the order because she spoke to the lady. So Idecided to go speak to her, he got an attitude and started yelling at me. So I yelled back. The lady decided to tell me that Ihave to leave because I defended myself. This is the worst ghetto restaurant ever???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? they are horrible they don't look professional act professional. It was empty on a Friday evening. Food was good and beer was fresh and cold. Good service and friendly waitress. (-) Food... presentation is not attractive and plates looks empty. There is something wrong for sure Read more
First time diner at TGIFridays….HORRIBLE! My husband ordered a burger, can’t mess that up, NOPE! They put onion and tomato... on his burger, he specifically requested just lettuce, the burger came out basically raw, when he ordered medium-well, and Idon’t think they gave him more than 12 fries. My mom also ordered a burger, no ketchup or mustard and lettuce which she askedfor without, but we couldn’t find our waitress EVER. I’d have had no issue if the place was busy or short staffed. Weordered dessert to share, and it was awful, looked nothing like what it was supposed to be (pics attached) I ordered bonelesswings in the apple butter bbq sauce, what I got was super spicy, and I specifically asked the waitress if it was spicy at all,she said not at all LASTLY, this restaurant was gross dirty, the dining area, the bathrooms, and the kitchen was nasty, and thestaff looked sloppy, just ick! My friend and I decided to eat at TGI Fridays. The waitress, Lakisha was very nice, pleasant and listened to what we ordered.... The food was piping hot for me which was an Impossible Cheeseburger. My friend had a salad. The salad was very delicious. Ourexperience at TGI Friday was great. Great service, great service, great waitress and the food was very good. We'll be backagain. Read more
