The team members were very kind, and seemed happy and friendly. We made the drive out to your Burnsville location to try popcorn... chicken, based on images Yelp. It would be helpful to differentiate between franchises on your website, making sure customersknow which locations have different menu items! We spoke with others in line and one of the staff, who knew of the menu itemdifference because others have complained about the same problem. Please update your website so that we go to the rightlocation! Your atmosphere and drinks are lovely, but cost us our evening. Recommended for bubble tea. Read more
Ever since discovering the place a few years back I've been a loyal customer. The food and drinks are delicious! The staff are... kind, friendly and always willing to explain a drink if you don't quite understand what is all in it. They have different drinksduring different times of the year so there's a wide variety to choose from. I love how Tii Cup brought bubble tea to the southwest metro area! Their Bloody Mango (mangonada) special is so delicious all... it needs is a little tequila. ???? I like how Tii Cup incorporates actual fruits into their drinks, it adds to the flavorprofile. The taro snow with boba (tapioca pearls) is my favorite, it's blended very nicely and full of flavor!! Bubble tea was great! Great place to satisfy your bubble tea cravings. I wish I wasnt so full to try their other foods. I got... the Coffee Bubble Tea and it tasted great. Better than other Bubble teas I have had and priced very reasonably. They do have anormal and large size as well and the normal size is more than enough for me. Lots of seating. And they even have a chess boardto play on. This is right next to Royal Buffet and I would highly suggest to eat here at Tii Cup before donating your funds toRoyal Buffet. If you have eaten at Royal Buffet, go straight to Tii Cup. It is there to save your taste buds and satisfy yourhunger. Read more
Solid boba place, relatively large selection of choices. A bit busy at times but otherwise service is pretty fast. The... atmosphere is perfect, really laid back and fitting for how chill a nice boba drink is. Staff are friendly and efficient. Read more
