The fries tasted hard, like they were re-dipped into the oil and the bun was crunchy on a corner because it wasn't sealed... properly overnight. The atmosphere is well kept and the service was decent, but the food quality was so off I just could notgive them the full 5 stars. Read more

Went inside to order through the mobile app to get a special deal on my purchase. The manager asked if she could help and I... told her I was using mobile ordering. I ordered and waited 10 minutes before going up to the counter to see where my order was. They had it ready and sat in the fry area without even calling out my name to tell me it was ready. I ordered iced tea withlemon and yellow sweetener. When I asked where my lemon was, she told me that they don't have lemons. I expressed that theyshould remove items from the app if they are not available. My grilled chicken was sloppy with too much honey mustard dressingon it. One leaf of romaine lettuce that didn't even cover half the bun. It wasn't hot and did not appeal to me. I was eatingand watched a couple come in and went to the counter and waited for someone to come up front to take their order. You couldhear them talking in the back area. No one came and it was about 3 minutes or so and the couple was peaking around the cornerto see if they could get someone's attention. I finally went up to the counter and yelled 'Hellooooo!!!`. Finally, the managercame up. I expressed my frustration with her about not paying attention to people up front. I have worked in food service forover 34 years and this was unacceptable to not have someone stay up front to monitor customer flow. The menu board pricing isnot up to date and had a handwritten sign on the menu board that was turned off. With technology, this is easy to fix, but justisn't being used and deceiving people with the wrong prices. We should know up front when ordering what we are paying instead ofbeing surprised. My combo was $2.00 higher than listed on the menu. I will not return to this location. Read more

Was told that because I was in the dining room I wasn't allowed to order because they decided send everyone on break. Meanwhile... they seemed perfectly fine serving the drive through. Terrible customer service and will not be back. Read more

Me and my mom were hungry so we wanted something cheap but good so I said I wanted chicken nuggets from Wendy?s but not 4 count... so my mom ask if they have a six count so my mom said do you have a six count just that on accident then the worker she was likeSIX COUNT? and started to laugh we were why did she laugh to are face so we pull off it?s fine we haven?t been to Wendy?s inlike three years so we didn?t really know but we got Chick-fil-A They always get our orders, right and have the best customerservice. I concur with other reviewers that there is something wrong with the fries. Ours were very cold as well. In addition, the prices... have skyrocketed at this Wendy's - we had two meals and the total was over $30. When I asked about it, because I was adding upthe totals as they showed on the menu, and it should've been closer to $23, I was informed that the prices on the menu aren'tcorrect. Read more

Fries were ice cold and meals are super overpriced now. $32 for 2 meals with small frosties. Took forever to get my card back.... It seams a little sus that they take your card and charge it and run around in the store with your card in hand instead ofhanding it right back. This has happened a couple times. Last night had my order and was still waiting for my card. Guy cameback from lobby and looked at me like why are you still here? I said waiting on my card and he was like ohhhh and handed to me.He was running around with it in his hand. Not sure I will visit this one again as this seems to be habit for them and I'm notwaiting for one of the to empty my account. Plus food is always cold. Read more

They have almost 0 social skills here. They?ll just stare at people and wait for them to talk, never ask if anyone needs help.... Multiple people were just standing around without being helped. Like you have to call out the employees names to get them tohelp you.. the conditions are incredibly unsanitary. They clearly don?t sweep or vacuum much if ever, I always leave allphlegmy-like???? the older white lady in the trucker hat always makes me super uncomfortable by just staring and not clarifyinganything, ever. I didn't have to wait long for my food and the dining room was clean. There was a big sign saying 'Try our best fries ever' and... offered a guarantee for ensuring the customer received "both, hot and crispy" fries. I received my meal, got cold and soggyfries. After trying a couple fries, I decided to bring them to the counter and ask for hot and crispy fries. The General Managertook the fries I presented him, put them in the garbage, and brought me back hot and crispy fries in this oil saturated bag andsaid "there ya go". Not too friendly of service, no apology for the cold and soggy fries, I was just asking to receive what Ipaid for. Read more
