Whopper jr. Was smallest burger ever eat! Same great taste but boy it was small. What happened to da whopoer?
My first visit ever ? Absolutely short and rude drive thru/cashier.. Paid $10.99 for a Bacon King Burger ? got home with nothing... but a patty on it. Also the mozzarella sticks were as tough as dried glue.. No receipt. No one will answer for a refund. Notreturning. Read more
Horrible customer service. Upon ordering we couldn't use our gift card because they couldnt figure out how to work it, after... swiping 6 times we finally decided to just pay with cash because they couldnt get it together an get it to work. So Then We werenumber #80 and after we heard them yell out #92 we finally asked were #80 was (which was a very small order 2 Jr's, 2 nuggets ana large fry) just to be told they were unsure and the 7 employees just stood around and looked as if they were lost like theydidn't know what was going on. Then Almost 10min later we finally received our food. & after waiting for so long we Decided tojust eat in the car (we had a very long drive ahead of us.) So we go get into the car just to find out that one of the sandwichswere made wrong, the large fry completely missing. So I go back in an the manager acted as if she didn't believe me an wasreally rude about the whole situation from the start far before my order was even fully placed, when it came to the gift cardnot going through she acted as if i was the problem until I showed her it had absolutely nothing to do with my side. I honestlydidn't know that managers were allowed to act like that. Normally managers are respectful and help when problems arise. But i doknow that the whole place was Very unprofessional. (Putting gloves on without washing hands first, filling frys containers withno gloves, no gloves while putting food in the bags and just down right rude... Definitely will not be returning If I couldleave a zero star reciew I would have, because we ended up throwing out our $14 worth of food an went elsewere.. I would havegone in and asked for a refund but it was a headache just to get the food. I can only imagine how long It would have took toreceive a refund... so I took it as a loss an went elsewhere. I?ve eaten here like 10 times each time trying to give them a chance because there?s barely anything quick to eat around. I... tried so hard to like it. One concern is the food being prepared without gloves, I know that?s not a huge deal to some but Ithink it?s worth noting. The biggest issue is the quality of the meat here, each time I?ve been getting really sick after eatingit whether it is the burger meat or the chicken. The chicken sandwich I just ordered was very very hard/tough, to the point thatI needed to throw it out because I could not chew it, part of the breading was sharp somehow and painful to chew. I?d say justpass and go somewhere else. Even ordering is awkward and the people here seem angry when they take your order. Food was good. However I think the drive thru worker was having a bad day. Kindness goes a long way.
Waited 20 mins in drive thru Pulled up to order lady says one moment please! I say no problem Wait another 10 mins.
