Been to this location many times as it is conveniently close to my job. Previously I had been satisfied with the quality of the... food up until a few months ago. The quality of the sandwiches began to decline drastically. Less and less meat on thesandwiches, lacking on the cheese, meat and veggies in the middle of the sandwich only and the ends left empty. The price seemedto be different every time even though I get the same sandwich every time I go in. Sometimes almost $18 for a footlong withchips and a soda. That's ridiculous considering the sad excuse for a sandwich you get for the money. I took a break for a monthor so. Decided to try again today, and I have to say it was the worst sandwich I've ever had from the place. Paid for a footlongpro this time. Supposed to be extra stuff in the sub. There was a scoop and a half of meat, barely any lettuce, peppers ploppedin the middle of the sub, the bread was in pieces when I opened it. Completely zero effort. Do yourself a favor and if you'rethinking about going to subway, just go to Jersey Mike's instead. Ten times better sub for less money. Will not be returninghere. Read more

Went in today, had my boy Arthur make me couple of sandwiches. Can someone please show Arthur how to make a sandwich? The meat... and veggies were only in the middle of the sandwiches, both ends were empty. The dressings were only in the front, no flavortowards the back. I Arrived a bit early on 4/8/21 at 9:57, after waiting in my car 3 minutes I entered the shop. It was as expected totally empty,... after I said?hello? a young man appeared from the back room and said ?we are not open? I replied, ?it?s 10:00? and you should be. The employee, I didn?t get the name , No name tag and I forgot to ask, stated ?there?s nothing out?. After looking downbehind the food cases I did see empty bins, and as I was in a hurry I left. Harry, was helpful with all of my online questions before I place my order. The food was fresh and delicious. Service... excellent. I just wish when I ordered double there was a lot more of the jalapenos and peppers. Read more

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff! I had no idea they were running a $5 foot long... promo but the staff made sure to let me know. I was able to feed my family for $21 tonight and sandwiches were yummy! Read more

Used app to place order with the Burnt Hills, NY store. Was told by "owner" that they never recieved the order, despite paypal... stating that they recieved the order. So we took the app into the store and showed them. Claimed they still didn't recieve theorder. So we "reordered" and paid for it in cash. Checked again with paypal and I was charged for it alright. Over $27. I calledagain and spoke with owner. Told him he needs to check his paypal for my refund. Said he would call me the next day and give mea check. Took my phone and never heard from him again. Hands down the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. I ordered a chicken BLT salad online. The salad plainly... lists that it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, onions and green peppers. Ok, so I order the salad with less onions andpeppers. I get there to pick it up and it's nothing but a bowl of the crappy shredded lettuce. When I questioned this I wastold that is what I ordered because I didn't go through and individually pick exactly what I wanted on the salad. Follow along,I ordered a specific salad, why on Earth would I then have to go through and pick the individual items when the salad is alreadysupposed to come with it?? I showed them what I ordered and what it says it comes with. Basically I was told that it's myfault because I don't know how to order and that if I wanted another salad I would have to pay for it. Even tho I already paidfor the first nothing salad. Then the icing on the cake is that a coworker of mine was I'm their at the same time and after Ileft, the old white trash lady that works there was still talking about me after I left. She needs to be on the unemploymentline, not the sandwich line. Bottom line, I ordered the correct thing, they either can't read or can't comprehend, make e thewrong thing then blame me, refused to refund me and tried to charge me for a second salad.
