The menu is rich with a lot of options. Grilled Seafood Platter appetizer is awesome. I highly recommend it. They also have a... great wine menu with a lot of choices. Service was good but a bit slow. It seems like everyone is having challenges with staffshortage, but no issue for us as we wanted to take our time and enjoy our time together. Food was good. I had linguini and clamswhich was served with shells. I liked the presentation. The taste was a bit bland. Not much garlic, pepper or cheese. I have tosay I have had better. But my wife's tortellini and blackened chicken was great. The entire restaurant is dark making it cozy.The light fixtures make it very quaint. The only issue we experienced was noise. We sat in the front room. There were a coupleof table that were extremely loud. The hostess was nice enough to move us, but still the noise was loud to the point that madetalking difficult. Even though me and my partner waited a while despite making a reservation, it was worth it. The seafood platter was soo good &... our entrees/dessert were also good. Our server was kind and provided quality service. Read more

No staff were wearing masks. Food was decent. Decor was nice and dim lit. FYI, there are currently 3 doors to walk through to... really enter the restaurant, not two. Read more
This establishment it’s absolutely amazing . Beginning with the service top notch , our server Alba and the whole staff were... incredible, suggestions service attention to detail . Love it Now for the food they have a great wine list and cocktails, Wehad Stephanie Waite (lobster ravioli ) chicken Parmesan with diavolo sauce (Dennis Savard) Hilarios rib eye , homemade rigatonidessert We had limoncello tiramisu and the 6 layer carrot cake ( must try ) everything on the menu was authentic fresh anddelicious I can’t describe enough , after this I can’t go anywhere else . Absolutely a delicious restaurant. Decided to try this place while traveling through Chicago it was recommended and turned out... to be everything we were told. The food options are enormous styles of cooking types of foods everything from soup tonuts. Try the grilled baby octopus...Absolutely the best I've had. Inside and covered outside seating make for a comfortablemeal. Our server Gloria was very knowledgeable and happy to answer your questions. Give this place a try...you won't regretit! Read more
Never a disappointment coming here. The staff is friendly and attentive. Yes it is a very busy place, yes it can be noisy and... yes in some place close seating but it is a place that everyone enjoys and can have fun. Food is exceptional and the menu offerssomething for everyone. Bus boys can be over attentive but are friendly and cooperative. Linda our server for a number of yearsis friendly and uses her experience to make her customers enjoy their dining experience. You will not be disappointed at Capri! Read more
