Went here with my family Saturday evening, 5/7 for my sister’s birthday and I cannot recommend them enough. First of all, our... server was amazing! I wasn’t really sure what to order, so she asked if I like chicken & recommended a chicken pasta dish thatwas absolutely delicious and so full of flavor. 2 days after eating that, I’m already craving it again. They were pretty busyand she made sure to check on us often and always came back quickly after we asked for anything. The wine was all also very goodand I’m not a huge wine person, although the rest of my family is. The dessert was to die for and the dessert wine we had withit was perfect! I don’t live very close to this restaurant, but I will absolutely return next time I’m in the area or wantto go somewhere nice for a special occasion. It’s totally worth the drive. Read more

First time going to Coopers, the staff and management are very attentive. Our server Stefani was outstanding, attentive and so... pleasant. My husband and I had the seared salmon and raspberry bubbly it was so good. Strongly recommend to try the bubbly andfood. We will definitely be back. Our server was very nice. She always came to check on us. As we entered the building a nice lady asked for our vaccination cards... and ID. After that we checked in. Wanted to do the wine tasting but the counters were full already. We just had our wine at thetable. I appreciate Cooper Hawks for making me and my husband feel safe. Had a great family dinner here while in town. This is in an outdoor mall so parking can be a challenge. We made a reservation... so didn't have any issues getting a booth table. It was super comfortable. To start we shared Potstickers and Shrimp. Both weredelicious. The pretzel bread they bring is also super tasty! I had the white sampler. All were delicious and refreshing! Thealmond was my favorite. I had the gnocchi and it was perfect. Fluffy pasta pillows, rich cream sauce with peas and parmesan. Ireally enjoyed it. Our 2nd or 3rd Christmas Eve dinner at Coopers Hawk! We love it here! The wine selection is unparalleled most places. The staff,... for the most part, is wonderful. I enjoy the variety of the menu and the options available. Things are a reasonable price pointtoo! Although I’d say it’s a nicer dinner restaurant. One person in our party was a member of the wine club and that givesdine-in and take-home options that are good value. The entire experience this night was good. We arrived later evening and werethere as one of the last 6 parties or so. Our waiter was a younger gentleman and he exceeded the expectations. Bread was alittle crisp but apps and entrees were great. I’ve enjoyed their burgers, steaks, fish and a few other dishes. As a family, we love Cooper’s Hawk. Bummed they no longer had Grilled Cheese on the menu but everything else was perfect. Marc... was an awesome server full of helpful info and recommendations and service was quick! Italian Sausage Flatbread and Chicken PotStickers are a must when we visit and of course the selection of wine is a huge bonus. This location specifically has alwaysbrought us great experiences. I’ve always heard good things about Cooper’s hawk but I’m so glad I finally checked it out for myself! The short rib... risotto was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly.
