Patti's Sunrise Café is a quaint brunch diner in the area. We went here around noon on a Sunday, and were promptly seated.... After placing our orders, we received our food about 20 minutes later. Aside from ordering and delivering our food, our waitresswas never seen until we flagged her down for the check. The food itself was fairly bland, but it did come out piping hot. Mycalifornia panini was very crunchy on the outside, and mushy on the inside, the avocados on it were quite overripe. The friesthat accompanied it were seemingly unsalted, and very dry. The omelette that my associate ordered was hot, but once again bland.The breakfast potatoes that came with it were not evenlh cooked, with some sides of them being extra crispy, to practicallybeing raw on others. The pancakes, which are claimed as the restaurant's specialty, lacked any uniqueness. They were standarddiner pancakes. Overall, with each meal costing around 15 dollars, we cannot recommend this place over others, and will not becoming back ourselves. A wonderful surprise to find such a cheerful, clean breakfast restaurant. Good coffee! They have delicious gluten free bread for... toast, gluten-free pancakes and waffles! What a treat! We had a lovely breakfast here! The food was delicious and fast (we were here fairly early, so it was also nice and calm) as... well as filling. There's ample seating in two different sections, and family friendly both with the set up and the menu. Theyhave a very large menu with lots of options for people with different dietary restrictions.
