I?ve gone here twice on a Saturday afternoon and have been met with poor service and rude staff. Waited 45min for 1 cup of... coffee which was supposed to be ready in 15min. Only asked twice during the half hour I was in the store and was met withextremely rude attitudes both time I asked politely. Learn some manners of get a new job people. Read more

One of the worst service I?ve ever received in a Starbucks went in there to order a Chi tea latte it took them about 15 minutes... another 10 minutes I was in there for approximately 25 minutes for 2 items, order a bagel toasted with butter get to my job openthe bagel and it wasn?t even toasted it was just warmed. Accurate, friendly and timely service. As expected from Starbucks chain. Plenty of seating with wifi availability. Plenty of... parking as well. Tesla charging station is next door. Read more
Love this Starbucks but definitely needs some updating.
This is the first time Coming to a Starbucks and regretting going in it. A employee named Andy decided to want to belittle me... and make me feel like I was worthy enough to come to a Starbucks. He was unwelcoming and didn?t know his customer service rules.He took a 20.00 dollar bill and marked it to see if it was real bc he thought I would give home a fake. Thank God I don?t needto do that and then gave me cold coffee. Very terrible experience and really de service just rude. Read more
