Excellent in most ways but very, very understaffed... Need to pick up the pace in this regard. Way too stressful on employees... that have to try to keep up. Some of the best natural flavor ciders on the West Koot. Raspberry, apple ginger, and so many more. Pizza nights on Friday to... Sunday. Live music is awesome. Bring the family, sing with the entertainers of the evening. Service is great. You can tellthat everyone feels at home here. If you find your way between Nakusp and Fauquier, stop by Burton City Cider. Pick up yourvery own jug of cider to keep, buy a shirt, and chill on Arrow Lake. Read more
Great place! They also make cocktails with the ciders which were good. If we knew they had food, we would have had lunch there.

A total waste of time. Reserved the day before for Pizza night and were told a large group coming at 6. So we moved our time to... 5pm, first order of the evening. We asked if we needed to order ahead and were told No as it was first order of the night. Afterwaiting for more than an hour, we decided to go elsewhere, just as 4 pizzas (none of them what we ordered) were arriving for us(a party of 2). They did not offer to chomp our drinks so we had to pay $19 for 2 flights of warm, mediocre cider. Table staffwas ?don?t blame me, I just deliver the pizzas? and not interested in problem solving. Fairly green to the community, so I decided after much positive feedback that I would check this place out. The short time that... I was there, I was absolutely Blown Away with the owners Hospitality, along with the ciders they had on tap; It's very obviousthat Barbara puts a great deal of passion in her work. The Rye and apple cider was really good, but the one thing that reallygot me was the raspberry cider. It strikes a perfect high note of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and alcohol content. I definitelyrecommend the hopped apple as well too because it definitely strikes a nice balance between flavor, dryness, and flavor. Thesweetness is definitely there, but it doesn't overpower, and you can definitely Taste the kind of Apple thats used. I am a winesommelier going on 10 years, and in my entire tenure I have never tasted a cider that is half as good as Burton city. I willabsolutely be back for the incredible Hospitality alone, the amazing cider that they have is just a bonus. Read more
