Fred's is our new local go-to. This was our fourth time here and Fred takes pride in his establishment inside and out. Usually... there's a line outside the door He's on site working, managing and interacting with his customers. The staff are friendly,efficient and seem to enjoy working there. This is not a greasy spoon, the food is fresh and flavorful, not laden in butter.This morning I ordered a Greek Skillet and what a surprise, my eggs were perfect, the hashbrowns & vegetables were crisp, notsoggy and so flavorful. On Sunday I was anxious to get a good burger I was tired of your typical fast food burgers. So I tried Fred's and even though... the speaker was bad at the drive-thru the lady helping me was very friendly and offered me suggestions and I found the perfectcheeseburger, and breaded mushrooms it was a half pound burger, medium rare and it was so good! Aye, for an area littered with Dinners, Paul's really stands out with their Great food, and the seating is nice. The atmosphere... is great, you can definitely tell ppl like the place, it's never quiet, and that's not in a bad way either! You can seat yourself - it was a casual atmosphere. Our orders were taken soon after we got there and watched TV while waiting.... Our food was cooked to perfection, and the server was attentive.
