I order here at least once a week through their reward app. I can not think of one time I've had any complaints about my orders.... The food is always exactly as expected. It comes hot and prepared exactly as I ordered it on the app. I usually do a couple ofspecial things like extra sauce or cheese etc and they never disappoint me. The staff is always friendly as well. Went there about a month ago. I ordered a small sub. They called me to come get my order because they were closing early due to... worker shortage. I make it there at 7:50p they were closing at 8p. I get my order home and they have substituted the bacon withwhat looks like pork jowl. It was a chunky white square pork fat. I called the next day and the manager informed me that shecouldnt give me another sub because i didnt still have the sub or call last night. I told her i threw it away due to covidrestaraunts werent supposed to bring food back in once a customer has it. I also reminded her that they closed an hour early dueto worker shortage. She said o well we do take food back. She then told me scammers try to do this to get free food. I told herthe food was garbage and i didnt want a replacement but i wanted a refund. She said no and even mentioned that she pulled myorder history and could see i was a return customer for years. I told her exactly so why tell me about a scammer. She said wellim not gonna help you. I said thanks and you basically just lost a long time customer over $8.00. I havent been back since. Thequality has definitely went away since covid. I dont think this location will be open for long. Ordered a Lg pizza with three meats!! They charged 11 dollars just for the lg pizza! Charged 1.99 per topic ingredient!! No... suggestions options given!
