I called to place an order. I sat on hold for 10 minutes. So I called back and they tried to put me back on hold which I... politely refused becuase I was just on hold for 10 minutes. My order was taken and I was quoted 10 minutes for a LG pepperoniand cheese garlic bread. I showed up about 15-20 later. Pizza was ready, but bread was not. I waited 25 more minutes. On thisnote, the garlic bread is clearly fresh. But they then gave us the same pizza that was ready 45 minutes ago. Which is now hardand absolutely terrible. Completely terrible experience. Waited 30 plus min for 2 hot readys while they kept giving them to drive thru an none to the 10 people inside. Seems to happen... alot at this location. Plus they mess up the order Read more
Don't order from the Belsay location unless you want to wait 60 minutes for a hot n ready pizza they tell you 10-15 minutes... going in to the store to order having to stand and wait literally an hour with a bazillion excuses Read more
While I have had one bad experience in the past (like 5 years ago) I hadn?t been back since. I decided to try it today since the... Richfield rd location was so busy. The employee at the counter said 10 mins and it was maybe less. It was fresh and theydefinitely hooked it up ! Tried calling ahead and noone would answer. Would just hang phone up after a few rings. Go up there and they say they didnt... answer because they wanted to close early (It was 8:20 supposed to close at 10) Asked for a hot n ready and if they could addbutter and parm on the crust. Get home and open this. The guy even opened it to put the parm on so obviously saw it. There where6 other hot n readys in there and he gives me this. I visited Belsay Rd location yesterday around 5/6pm. I drove up to speaker but no response, maybe it was broke. I proceeded to... the drive up window & a young man was there. He didnt greet me just waited for me to say what I wanted. I asked for a thin crusthot & ready, he said it would be 20-22 minutes. I said I thought the sign said they are Hot & Ready from 4/8pm (which was thetime frame I was there). He replied Nope 20-22 minutes. This place stole from me tonight! And after I realized it, no one answered my call to make it right! Which makes them look even... more guilty. I ordered some pizzas and some cream cheese dips. My boyfriend went to go get the food for us. The restaurantcharged us for our full order but then realized when packaging the dips, they were out of some dips. Told my boyfriend afterthey charged us, that they were short on dips. No problem, we assumed they just didn?t charge us. No? they charged us!! Theycharged us and didn?t give us what we paid for this. This has never happened to me! I feel totally jaded. Like the communitytrust has been broken. It?s a local restaurant, they should care about its customers. I will be calling corporate and filingreports with BBB and corporate until something is done about this. You will not get away with this and do this to others whowork hard for their money!!!! Didn?t notice anyone in the drive thru for roughly 5 minutes. Also, couldn?t redeem the deal for a free pizza from the... Firebirds scoring a goal in the first two minutes, which was disappointing. Otherwise, and the pizza was good, better than Iremember it from a few years back. Read more
