Great food but they are so short-staffed that sometimes you cannot go in, they have a sign on the door saying that it is... drive-thru only. I don't want to order my sub through the drive through. When this is the case, I go somewhere else. Read more
Horrible service, walked got asked if I was a pickup, I said no, an this lady refused for like 5 mins to take my order an threat... to quit, cussing up a storm, an itched her forehead with knife whilst cussing up a storm. Very very long wait. Maybe 2 employees working drive thru, making orders. No inside service. We waited a very long time to... order. You definitely cannot be in a hurry and must be patient! It appears they are hiring, but I honestly do not understandwhy 2 employees can't handle more than 1 order at a time. I won't return unless I have no other choice. This was our first time at this Subways... Staff had things really managed well, VERY CLEAN inside of restaurant... Staff were... very friendly even though they were busy in drive thru ... I would have given no stars but it won?t let you. I am done going to this subway orders always wrong, then they won?t answer the... phone I understand they get busy but I called for a half hour and when they would answer they hung up. Ordered a pizza subwithout the sauce and it is covered in so much sauce it?s gross and chicken on it as well. Read more
Worst ever drive thru never open , went today the lady that was there had on a head set but when I went to the window to see why... no one was answering when I was at the speaker she was on her phone startled her when I blew my horn Said drive thru wasclosed.
