Stopped at this store on 26 October 2022. It was pouring down rain and the drive-thru computer was on the fritz; the girl on the... speaker said to come inside to place an order. I did so, because I REALLY wanted a Mexican pizza. The lobby had a fewdisgruntled patrons in there who didn't seem to understand that the kitchen employees do not control the weather or the computersystems. Anyway, the girl behind the counter, Tiffani, kept a smile and a positive attitude in spite of the rude treatment shewas getting from the idiots, and I admired her restraint. I would have told them (not so politely) to go somewhere else andhopefully die in a fire on the way. Haha! Kudos to the staff that day! Read more
Dont normally give this low of reviews, but wow this Taco Bell is bad. Pretty sure its a management/ownership problem. Never... have any employees there and they always mess up orders. Lobby is closed at 8pm on a Friday, drive through isn't going at all. Read more
ordered online and did a messy job forgot my taco and all my sauce and ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and they don?t even know... how to make it smh very sad??????? Read more
Lobby locked, no sign to say why, dozens of people walking up to a locked door. Ordered online for pickup and was unable to go... in as expected. Needs fixed. If short staff and need to close lobby, post a sign. If Lobby closed, don't let me pick the optionto pick up in Lobby. This disregard for your customers is just rude. Read more
Adding meat to the taco would be an excellent addition to the food. Other items so cold the cheese had not melted.
Man, the workers are seriously defunct in brain activity. I ordered the Quesadilla Combo, and I ended up with a Beefy Crunchy... Taco. As a former Taco Bell Employee, (Fenton rd) I find it hard to confuse the two items. They didn't give us a receipt, so mycall was met with Hostility. Bunch of Stoner chicks working there that are bad at their job. No wonder the one girl had a blackeye. Stupid girl. Read more
Tacos were fresh and warm! Nice and crunchy! Would have been nice to receive our full order thru the drive through. Tried... calling one we realized it but they never answered the phone. Read more
Sat in line with cars out to the road. When I finally got to the speaker to order they told me they can't take any orders until... they finish door dash orders. 40 minutes literally stuck in a drive through line before ordering is unbelieveable. Read more
