I have worked here. Rita drops bread, and put it back onto the bread cart. The fire extinguishers are out of date. She stopped... paying after 30 minutes of closing, no matter what there was left to do. Before inspection night, we were expected to clean,without pay. Rita and her husband also have CHANGED dates on food before inspections. She never respects your schedulingrequests. The back door, is a fire hazard, it is always locked, it is like a barn door. When she is doing things at the store,she is not making food, or cleaning, yet she still takes the workers tips. She has broken many child labor laws includingworking past the time approved by law AND approved by a parent. Read more
Stopped in tonight around 815 and was seriously impressed with our service. The store was spotless, the food was amazing, and... the customer service was beyond my expectations. The girl that took care of us was prompt, kind, courteous, polite, informative,and above all else professional. I hope you?re paying her well because employees like her are the reason customers come backtime and time again. So pleased!! Read more
Me and my wife went to burton subway today and we were not even all the way thur the door and the cashier noticed we had coupons... in our hands . And rudely said we?re not taking coupons. We asked your not? The cashier responded back rudely NO. I highlyrecommend burton subway to work on there costumer satisfaction skills we are completely disappointed with burton subway and thecashier working at the time they could of been a hell a lot nicer. I hate it when they pretend to more stuff on the sandwich. Example, I only place black olives and honey mustard on my sandwich. ... Don't just sprinkle a few olives on there. No matter what you say, the cost of goods is not that high for that sandwich.Especially when I am paying for extra meat and cheese! So If I ask for more of the 2 things I put on my sandwich, then put iton and don't pretend to reach in and grab more and put it on there!! Read more
As much as I hate to say this because the store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the food is always good, due to... their newer policy of not accepting coupons I'll no longer be going to this Subway. (To be fair they had a sign posted, but itwas in a spot that due to my height, I would've had to stoop down to see it. Plus when I verified another local Subway stillaccepted coupons and asked to return my subs so I could go get them at the other place, they did honor my coupon just thistime.) It's a shame as this is usually the Subway I go to, but if I can no longer use the coupons that Subway seems me, I'll gosomewhere else. Read more
I eat here often. Don't be fooled by some of the one star reviews... These are teens who have been asked to leave for... destructive and disruptive behavior. Seriously, I'm amazed they've kept the doors open thru covid... and then to have to dealwith with these entitled kids. All i can say is "Well done!" Read more
Always great service. And beginning in the spring of 2020 one of the few places we keep going back to because they have... exhibited pandemic-safe protocols EVERY time. Some other establishments have allowed protocols to slip. We don't go back tothem. We really appreciate the effort at the Burton location of Subway and tell our friends also. Keep up the good work. I'm usually not a fan of subway BUT this particular location is always clean, the staff is always polite, the veggies/meat is... fresh and of course who doesn't love the smell of fresh baked bread! Read more
