Ordered a couple pizzas and they never arrived. Followed the tracker for the entire process from 7:45pm to 8:34pm and no one... ever showed up for contactless delivery (which I have ordered a few times within the last 2 years with no issues). Followed upthe first time after a full hour and I was told it would arrive in less than 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes just in case thenfollowed up again at 9:05pm. Driver claimed it was delivered and claimed to ring the doorbell and got no response. Kind of hardto make these claims when we have a ring camera that was being actively looked at and proves that did not happen and no onestole anything from the porch. Appreciated one of the in store employees trying to assist on the phone but the lies just lostthem a customer. I was offered a redelivery/new order but I refused to pay for delivery charges again. You want me to spend morewhile I?m already hungry, time has been wasted, and for a lie with the same driver? I don?t think so. Who knows where the pizzaended up. Way to ruin an evening especially when other food options are closed. At least I was able to get a refund, hopefullymy 20% tip comes back with it. Customer service could have been a little better. This has got to be a joke. I ordered an hour and a half ago. The tracker stayed on ?prep? for an hour and it?s been on ?quality... check? for another half hour. Don?t order from this place.
