One of my favorite locations. Friendly staff , accurate orders and great service.
Pizza was ordered at 6:00 PM ETA was 40 minutes. I called at 7:00 PM I was advised my order had already been delivered. Checked... my front door nothing. About 2 weeks ago, we ordered 2 pizzas. They arrived about 15 minutes late. That wasn?t the problem, however. The problem was... that they tasted like moldy dishrags. Seriously, cardboard would have tasted better. We had to toss both pizzas. We would havecalled, but why would we have wanted them to offer us a free or discounted pizza. It?s not an experience we want to riskrepeating. I had a childhood memory of the worst pizza I ever had. This pizza has replaced that 50 year old experience. I ordered from this establishment and was told that my order includes a 5 dollar divilary fee. Not only was my order late, but I... was asked by the delivery guy for a tip. I asked why is he asking me for one if I already paid a 5 dollar fee, and he respondedthat it is not included. It's not about the money but it's more about the disrespect and disceptions. Papa Johns listed thatthere is NO contact delivery, yet the driver knocked on my door and was not wearing a mask. Please be mindful of others.Thanks! Read more
Placed an order Friday evening for 3 pizzas. Waited over an hour. Was dealing with a sick kid & a guest. Delivery person... apologized for lateness. Had to heat pizzas 2 eat. One was over cooked & dried out. Called back after getting kid in bed. To betold a manager would call next day.... shocker, no call. So this is my 2nd time ordering from papa John's. My pizza is all mushed up like my box fell or the driver (Steve Cribbin) was... driving carelessly with not just my food but the other orders he was dropping off. Hire new delivery drivers. Would you wantyour pizza showing up to your door like this? I paid $24 for a mushed up pizza. Maybe domino's drivers take more care of thepizza they're delivering...stuff like this hurts the brand. Ever since management changed, it has gone downhill. Orders will frequently take over an hour. Then when it does show up, it... will be cold. If you cancel an order, there is a decent chance that it wasn't actually canceled and you got charged anyway. Thenew manager is so incompetent that the store is literally falling apart. Look at these pictures. How does that even happen?Don't even bother, you might have to literally call your bank to stop the store from stealing your money. Read more
