I stop by Starbucks in Burtonsville, MD today while I was driving for work , I was hungry so I stop and I order the Ham and... Swiss Panini with Dijon mustard Sandwich, thath show in Starbucks Website . That was the worst experience, no flavor, was not aPanini, was fix on a roll, no condiments, no Dijon mustard as they advertised. You guy's need a need a Chef's that learn whata Panini is. I ask for extra condiments and I was told that everything was pre set, no extra condiments. I don't know what tosaid to them, Cost me $ 8.00 that I trow away.floop big time. Good old Starbucks with the usual menu and fare. This location features an especially inattentive barista (at least on the day... I visited). I could have walked out with the gum and biscotti i was trying to buy by the time the barista decided to acknowledgemy presence. I know this can happen when busy but this place was all quiet. Maybe washing the whip-its was more important thanus paying customers. Read more
I mostly use drive thru. But I come every morning! I did have a few times where food order was weong bit it was fixed on my next... visit! They are nice and depends who is at window. They know my name and the little specific things about my order. Read more
