Had a great lunch with really good service. Smoked turkey sandwich with tater tots. Love their sauces!
Wonderful visit and our server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was very busy but everyone seemed to do what is... needed to keep the lunch shift going. I love what this company did to take the brand up few notches to keep up with the food andbeverage industry. The remodel of their stores and store front is much more appealing and modern. The addition of the bar andalcoholic beverage is a nice addition. I did not have the Sonny’s brew but may be next time. They now offer bowls as well! Iwas very happy with our visit and both service and food were up to parr ????we definitely will be back. Read more
TERRIFIC food TERRIBLE customer service. Us truck drivers or at least I do, tip very very generously but when I receive... terrible customer service, NO TIPS GIVEN! From the time I walked in I was met with attitude and somewhat disrespect from thegreeter. My server was somewhat disrespectful, she was telling half truths about the food they had available today. I was toldthey had no pulled pork which is fine no problem there but they did have sliced pork which I would've taken but the serverdidn't say a word. I found out by an all white family that was sitting across from me. Smh Is this a SUNDOWN TOWN??? If YOUcan't accept OTHER NATIONALITIES coming to YOUR restaurant THEN QUIT YOUR JOB!!!! The customer service was fantastic! Betty and Devin were both very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and came out... very quickly! I enjoyed everything that I tried! I would highly recommend the sampler with mac and cheese and coleslaw and thepork egg rolls! It was all delicious! ???????? Read more
This was the first time in Bushnell and decided to have lunch at Sonny’s. The greeter seemed to be having a bad day but We... lucked having Ashlynn as our waitress. She was professional, friendly and extremely attentive. I commented I wish I had gotten alittle more of the French fries with my meal and sure enough a whole basket arrived at my table! I ordered the beef brisketsandwich and my girlfriend ordered the sweet Carolina sandwich. Both sandwiches were served hot and fresh within minutes. My grandpa just passed away this month and Sonny’s was one of his favorite restaurants. My family came here after his memorial... service for dinner and they did a wonderful job taking care of our very large crowd. We had 40+ people which I’m sure theyweren’t expecting but they fed us all great food and I’m sure my grandpa would’ve been proud. Had the wings and ribs, both were very tasty and came out piping hot. Both came out dry and I was able to put sauce on them. All... 3 sauces (original, smoke and sizzling) were good, however the sizzling was not very hot. Smoke was good and smokey tasting. Ihad fries and Mac and cheese, both were just ok. If they had fresh cut fries with a bacon or brisket Mac and cheese they wouldhave been a 5. Will definitely try again. Read more
First time eating at Sonny's in a long time many have closed up were we live. We don't have any close by from my front porch... that's for sure. The waitress recommend the Sonny's Cuban it was good but on the grease side to be expected with barbecue, friesneeded to be cooked a wee bit more, sweet tea was a tad week..
