If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a mobile order for pickup on October 9th, 2022. I arrived and checked in and had... to wait approximately ten minutes for them to bring out my food. A teenage girl brought it out, very unenthused, and stuck herhand out to hand me the food looking as if I was inconveniencing her. I went home and passed the food out. Immediately noticedwas that the nuggets were thrown into the bag and the fries were cold. Upon eating a fry, it had a gritty texture and the frieswere examined. There was hair and dirt all over them. It looked as if they had been dropped on the floor and then put into thecontainer. I called immediately and they said to come back. We drove back, had to wait at the drive thru window for about twominutes before anyone came up, and when someone did, it was the same teenage girl with a annoyed grin on her face. On her way tothe window, you could tell she was talking trash to her co-worker. My husband handed the food back and requested a refund. Sheclosed the window, began talking trash to her co-worker again, and they threw the bag of food around on the counter. They had towait for the manager to come out of the restroom to be able to give a refund, all the while she continued running her mouth toher co-worker. The manager gave us a refund, and upon us beginning to drive off, you could hear the teenage girl yellingsomething that was inaudible. We will not be ordering anything from here again, and McDonald's needs to get rid of that mouthychild. This is unacceptable and could make people sick from eating food that has clearly fallen on the floor or been otherwisemessed with. I will be contacting corporate. Read more
I've been to this McDonald's location many times, although less in the last few years. Service is generally okay, although they... can be understaffed. The last several times I was here, my food was ready very fast and served by friendly staff. Note: The icecream machine tends to be down more than it is available ???? Read more
Please teach your people how to talk!! Ex. Hi, welcome to, your change is, this is your order, etc. BTW, food was cold at 2:30... in the afternoon. At that time of the day it should have been hot off the grill. How do you guys stay in business??? Read more
We stopped after leaving the lake. The workers were incredibly friendly and nice. Our food was hot and the fry container was... overfilled. They also gave me extra honey for my chicken nuggets! Read more
2 quarter pounders- served super hot by exception friendly staff. Great place for a missed mealat 915p!
