Drive-thru took over 12 minutes waiting in the parking lot after paying for the food. Several people got mad and left after... paying because the food took so long. They did not even appear to be that busy. Ordered a Whopper with no tomato. Of course, Igot the tomato anyway and no napkin. Read more
My French Fries were cold. I ordered 2 large meals, with Fries & Onion Rings. My Onion Rings were awesome, but not the French... Fries. This is the best burger king. Always clean always so personable. I love the fact when you walk into this location youre greeted... with enthusiasm, genuine conversation and made to order food. The place is always bustling with customers and the food is alwaysfresh. I never leave this place upset. I wish more individuals would be like Ms Cheryl who is so attentive to order requests andis such an efficient worker she makes it look easy and welcoming. Definitely a home feel in this place. No parking on main entrance due to stalls being blocked, I assume for a truck, so we had to park on opposite side and walk... around. Menu board above counter not working, one drink machine not working, drive through worker was coming into lobby to fillher drink orders so the lobby drink station was backed up. Staff is awesome. Price is ridiculous, no blame on the aforementioned. Good wifi and nice bathrooms. I would like to mention I... have worked in a burger king and I like the setup of this one from an employee standpoint. Read more
Food was ice cold, buns weren't toasted at all, meat was lukewarm at best.
