Food was good and everyone working there did there best to help.
The Pizza Hut in Butler Missouri is horrible. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with onion and black olive. I ordered online... and it was delivered in about 12 minutes to my house 4 miles away. So it had to have just sitting there. It tasted likecardboard and had very very little sauce and the cheese was so thin I couldn't tell if it was on there. $25 later for a mediumpizza plus delivery and tip. Totally dissatisfied. Place order for curbside pick up. They hung up on me 3 times. After waiting 5 minutes between each call. I finally had to... go in and pick up the pizza. I had small child in the car which was why I was wanting the curbside pick up Read more

I had a delivery order. It didn?t show up on time so we called. They were rude when they answered. We asked about our pizza and... they said that no one answered the door or the phone, so they just left our pizza on our front porch with it freezing rainoutside and the temperature being in the 40?s. Never again will I order pizza from them. It?s over priced for the horribleservice that they provide. Read more
Pizza was great - warm and just like I ordered. Customer service is lacking the day I was there and several times after. Workers... should be more genuinely welcoming - not ignored when walked in because with other customer or busy gossiping with co-workers.At least a "be right with you or I will help up in just a minute". In other words some kind of acknowledgement when you walk in,like they use to do. At least I got a have a nice day as I left - from a worker who wasn't even helping me... Read more
