Just picked up takeout, and I?m not pleased. I ordered a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich expecting something remotely similar to... was pictured on the Panera website, and instead received this poor substitute. I ordered my lunch for delivery at 1PM and they forgot my sandwich. No big deal, but I have been trying to reach them all day to... see about a refund or maybe a credit and no one answers the phone. It is now 7PM and I have called 9 times since I received halfmy order and haven't gotten through. I love Panera bread, but this location is terrible. Today was my last time at this Panera! This was the third time I ordered a smoothie and it tasted sour. You can tell the yogurt... went bad. Shouldn?t they check if the yogurt is bad before making a smoothie with it? Someone is going to get seriously sickfrom the food at this place. I?m not wasting my money at this place anymore! Sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes, only for a worker to come to the window & tell us to find an "open spot in the front"... because our food wasn't ready yet. We ordered a tuna salad sandwich & a spicy chicken sandwich! We were given our food 9minutes later!!! Absolutely never coming back! Read more
First experience?.2 Salads ( full size but are very small) and one small smoothies was $ 30 ! could see if the salads were... actually larger,?but I knew when they handed me the bag that felt like air they were small. The chicken was weird?definitely notfresh,..and the salad had a odd preservative type taste . Never again. I can go to local restaurants , get real portions andfresh food for the same price . FYI?to the owner. You addressed one or two reviews here and your comment was to make sure theperson e mailed the company with their order number or receipt number . You did not address the bad reviews of dirty bathroomsand dirty tables ! ( really ?) All that shows those of us that read reviews is that you simply do not care . So the customersshould have to go out of THEIR way to keep their receipts,..mail the company ( while you do nothing ) You should be addressingEVERY review with an honest , caring solution to try and get that customer back in your business ! Panera Bread is amazing. In place is extremely clean and staff members are all so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the time and... food with my Other brother and his family.. we had 4 young children under age of 5years old and we all had a very pleasantexperience at Panera Bread on Rt 23 in Butler. They have lots of seating and two areas with comfortable chairs/ seating with 2fire places. Must check them out.. Whom ever is reading this . We order from this Panera a few times a week out of convenience and what I used to feel was over site is now more obviously... becoming a lack of care. This time I?m missing a soup. So I call to get that portion refunded but am told I either can drive 35minutes back for the soup or come back with the receipt and get a refund. I also pay extra every time for extra chicken in myboyfriend?s salad and every time he has the same amount of chicken as my salad. Usually it?s annoying but I don?t really carebut it?s becoming a waste of money to come here. Read more
