My husband and I were craving good hoagies and last minute we noticed Anna's was opened so we stopped hoping they'd give us... something to enjoy. When we got there the lady taking our order was surely swamped with work and she felt bad telling us it'd bea 55min wait for two hoagies so before I could even ask my husband his thoughts she was the sweetest and said I'm not cookingtonight, but I'll personally throw them in just may take time because I'm taking order's. Well who could say no to someone asawesome as that. We've wanted to try their food for years but for some reason or another we always missed them or just didn'tget up that way. d smile came from over the counter to come aTwenty minutes passes and the kindest wave anround and pick up ourorder. When at the window we met a very kind and hardworking woman that truly made us feel like our happiness mattered as shewas overworked from being short staffed like all places. It was at that point if the food wasn't great the service was andsupporting small business was what mattered most. After sharing some conversation and laughs we headed home praying we'd get agood hoagie because in Butler that's not always the case. Lol Let me tell you we both ate our entire hoagie which they're big.The cheese was perfect had that pull with every bite, the toppings were perfect not skimpy but not all over my shirt and themeat was perfectly cooked and portioned on a kick a$$ hoagie bun. Our Italian hoagies were really great and the service wasawesome. We're excited to go back and surely try some different item's and we promise to call ahead this time. Called to get a reservation. Placed on hold by the most awful-tempered person for 5 minutes only to be dismissed with ?we don?t... take reservations here? then hung up on. She should be fired. Their pretentiousness is suffocating. Read more
Ordered wings and salads for a group and both were great. They do the full ?bar wings? as we call them, a half dozen will fill... you up. We loved the Hot Butter Garlic and the BBQ flavors, would recommend both. Read more
Fantastic. Love my lunch I just got today 9/11/20. This is my first time eating from this lovely ma and pa pizza shop and I will... 100% go back. I ordered the full fish sandwich and my girlfriend got the meat calzone. The fish was very flaky and not overcooked or oily the calzone was big and actually had meat in it unlike some places I've order from. Sharon one of the owners hada small conversation with me about her place and how covid-19 is effecting the pizza shop plus other family owned business herein Butler Pa. Please shop your local famly owned businesses. They are what helped shape this great country we live in and love. Read more
I live in Texas and my brother-in-law is in Butler. He was in a car accident and my wife wanted to order him dinner but it's... hard to find someone to deliver and also not knowing the area didn't know what was good or who to trust. She called and spoke toSharon and what a nice lady! She did everything to make sure it was delivered to him on time and hot and she communicated withus even after the delivery. The food was wonderful! My brother in-law said it was delicious and the crust on the pizza remindedhim of a place we ate at when we were kids! We also order him an Italian sub and salad and some drinks. Pricing was good and wetold her to add a $10.00 tip and she said no I will add a $4.00 tip. We made her add $10.00 but she deserved more! Great placeand will be ordering from them again. If I ever visit Butler I will make sure I stop in and say Hi to Sharon. She was awesome! Read more
