Went for dinner, ordered got appetizers. Dinner was taking longer then it should. We never said a word. The waitress... acknowledged this and went and checked. Few minutes later the manager brought our meals, apologized and gave us a substantialdiscount without us ever saying a word. For a restaurant to be so proactive on something like this is unheard of! NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The worst service i have ever had. I ordered a prime rib dipper french onion soup instead of fries, my wife... got a hamburger with fries. 40 min later the server brings out my sandwich, no soup, no dipping sauce for my sandwich, my wifesburger had a bun so hard that it wouldnt cut with a knife, and no fries for her either( apparently they didnt realize that ourmeals had sides with them_ what our server told us) and we waited another 15 min before they brought her fries and my dippingsauce, still no soup. It was $46 for cold soggy bread for me and a rock hard bun for my wife and not a single thing gotrefunded. Like im going to sit there for another 45 min and wait to let you mess my food up a second time, no thank you. Read more
We sat at the bar this afternoon and had good service for both our appetizers and refreshments. The food was served quickly and... served hot. Drinks were refilled quickly by polite staff. Read more
Nice relaxing atmosphere. They have a full bar (spirits, wines and beers). Very nice menu with plenty of items in each category... like steaks, chicken, sea food, pork, salads, Veggies and appetizers. The staff are professional, friendly and attentive.There are men and women restrooms and handicap parking and access. Nice dinning experience. Read more
Usually don?t have problems with this Applebee?s but I did an order Togo on the app and when I got home I didn?t have all of the... food I ordered and was charged for also the food was disappointing French onion soup barely had a cup in it, and the chickentortilla was old the chicken was brown and dry. I also got the shrimp for a $1 because I got steak (cooked incorrectly andfatty) but never actually got them and my queso cheese didn?t get the chipotle chicken added to it, I was charged for all ofthis but didn?t get a lot of it. The restaurant was clean, the service was good. They were pretty slow bringing our food, but it was busy. I had a crispy... chicken, bacon ranch sandwich, with just a tiny bit of ranch. I had the server bring some for my fries and put some on mysandwich. It was good. The fries were nice and crisp. Read more
