This used to be my go to pizza joint in town, it has continued to go downhill since the ownership transfer. PLEASE CUT THE... PIZZA! Third time in a row I've picked up pizza and it's not cut through. An absolute joke. Told 45 minutes, got it in an hour and 25 minutes. Cold. Then I chew on a freaking rubber band. When I called... to make my complaint and let them know I would like a refund and that I'm done with their poor quality, I get told by the"highest level employee" there to "have fun finding another pizza shop". Ordered a Stromboli it wasn't cooked fully and was sticky and had raw dough inside. Called and was just told they had a new guy... there and sorry bye. No offer on money back ot a redelivery. Won't be ordering from here again. My sub was also extremely slimyeven with sauce on the side. All was thrown away. Read more

Ordered our food at 12:04 pm, was quoted a 45 minute wait for our delivery. Food finally arrived at 1:16 pm.. and it was cold.... Driver forgot our 2 liter, so we had to wait another half hour for them to return with it. We have only ordered from Fox’s afew times, but this will definitely be our last. Very disappointing. Bad pricing, poor portions. Ordered one of the new menu items, taco gourmet fries; it costed $9 and the portion they gave was... pathetic.... 10 small and mushy wedge fries overdrenched with taco sauce to make it look more sizeable than it actually is.Based on my estimate, it costed them a dollar to make it and upcharged by 7 times. I ordered a large pizza and as I was eating it I found a big long hair baked into the crust. None of the employees had hair... coverings on and there were men with long beards that were not covered. I am thoroughly disgusted with this pizza shop and willnever order from there again. Read more
