Was going to go to my high school's homecoming dance with my girlfriend, and planned to go to Applebee's for a nice kinda... relaxed dinner. Had a 40 minute wait though, which was just simply a no-go with our current budget of time so we waltzed over toPanera Bread at the recommendation of her mom. I can comfortably say that it didn't disappoint! Ample seating, relaxedatmosphere and clean tables, floors and walls. Seating areas are very comfortable, and there's even a mini-lounge area. Staffwere reasonably friendly and amiable. The food itself was very good as well! I ordered a chicken teriyaki & broccoli bowl, whichwas, well, about as advertised. I think it could've used a bit more meat but I digress since it was still very good, veryflavorful, and very hot. I'd say it's kinda overpriced but literally everywhere else is as bad if not worse, so it's not reallytheir fault. 5/5, would eat there while running on a dangerously restrictive time schedule before a school dance again. always a great place to grab lunch. I have alot of favorites there, especially their cinnamon rolls and muffins plus my wife... won't let me drive by without stopping. I generally have no issues with eating here. Read more

The workers at this location are extremely slow. Every time I place an online order, I get there 5+ minutes after the promised... time and I have to wait another 10 minutes at the location. What?s the point of placing an order ahead of time if you are goingto wait even longer after getting there? The staff has no urgency in expediting your order either. They take their time anddon?t care how long you have been waiting for. Management, please train your staff better or hire more qualified workers. Read more

I have ALWAYS loved Panera, and I?m not one to leave a bad review however I have had THREE bad experiences within the last two... months. The first experience I ordered rapid pickup and went home to find out that all of the bread to both my bread bowl and mybaggett were stale. I called and let them know and they sent me a credit. Which I get it things happen, secondly we orderedsteak and cheese sandwiches and the bread was hard and gross! Yesterday I ordered rapid pick up, go in the store and nothings onthe rapid pick up shelf?s, there were about 3 of us waiting for our orders and I had an email stating mine was ready but my namewasn?t even listed. I waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that my food was over where they give the dining incustomers. By the time I got home our soup was cold. This place has completely lost me as a customer, it?s sad because I trulyloved having their soup. Read more

Worst trip to Panera Bread ever. $57.05 for a family of 4 with the smallest portions ever. None of our salads had any dressing... on them - had to go ask for some. Here is an example of the $5.79 Chicken Ceasar salad - maybe 3 oz. Total? This will be ourfinal trip to the Butler PA Panera - increased prices and decreased portions and quality. Read more

This was disappointing! In picture number 1 you can see how little steak is on my Steak and White Cheddar panini! This is the... second half. The second picture shows how much grissle was on the first half. There was more grissle than steak. My son gotthe same thing and you can see in picture number three how burnt it is. Not a great meal.
