I haven?t been to this location but I have others. I ordered food to go and was pleased with the accuracy of our order. Overall... the food was good, not as great as I remembered it to be at a different location. The prices are fairly high, if ordering foryour entire family (5 people here). I ordered a meal for each family member and two sides as the menu had some amazing soundingoptions. The kids had chicken parm and neither cared for it. My teen had the salmon salad with balsamic blue cheese dressingand loved it. My husband had the Annie Oakley burger and enjoyed it. I ordered the French onion soup, the spicy cauliflowerbites, and a fish special. I shared the sides with the family and they liked the soup, but only one other person like thecauliflower due to the spice and the Asian sauce. Main reason for this share, we were looking for outdoor seating, and were unsure if Rachel?s could accommodate. Once we arrived,... bam! Great outdoor seating with self seating option. Friendly staff and good menus options. The food came quickly and the foodwas AMAZING! burger lovers will agree. The Mac and cheese is a MEAL on its own, and soooo tasty. To-go containers are very nicetoo lol. If your looking for great food without the ?upity? vibe, I would Highly recommend! I was with a group of 11 people. The food was delicious. Our waiter Adam was very helpful & was patient with our group even when... some of us changed seats. A minor error was fixed graciously. Had a lovely dinner at Rachel's this evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our server Felicity was cheerful,... helpful, and appropriately attentive. I had basil salmon, which is grilled and/or baked and served with sauteed zucchini, yellowsquash, and red onion. The salmon was pretty much perfectly cooked. My dad had the salmon salad, which is essentially the samesalmon served over greens instead of squash. He said it was very good. I ordered a beer I didn't know, and Felicity asked if I'dlike to try it first, to which I agreed, and good thing as it was not to my liking. So bonus points to her! I had high hopes for Rachel's Roadhouse, but alas it turned out to be quite average, especially in terms of service. Rachel's... Roadhouse is in Butler, PA, and is larger inside than what it appears from the outside. We were seated fairly promptly (Saturdayafternoon about 12:45pm). The waitress was pleasant and came over shortly after we were seated, but messed up the drink order.Okay, no big deal, it happens. Once that was straightened out, we ordered our lunches. The menu choices were varied withoutbeing overwhelming, so that was good. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. The meal took a bit of time in coming..the rest ofour party ordered sandwiches (two Rachel's and a Reuben), so I wouldn't have thought it took as long as it did. The mix-upscontinued, as they brought two Reubens and a Rachel, instead of the other way around. My salad appeared correct, or so Ithought. I began eating, and soon realized that the salad was certainly uncontaminated by grilled chicken. At this point, Idecided not to make a fuss and send it back, because I was hungry. The salad was good tasting, but it was sanschicken. Overall, I'd like to give it another shot to see if they get it right... anyone can have a bad day, but it seemed thatboth the waitress and kitchen staff were having bad days while I was there. We had a change in plans and decided to stop here to eat. Absolutely the best choice we made! My boyfriend ordered the 8 oz... sirloin and it was a thick piece of heaven! My chicken fettuccine Alfredo was amazing! The pretzel for our appetizer was so softand our desserts were great! Our waiter, Frank, was very prompt and knowledgeable. Kudos to him! Read more
Very cool atmosphere! I wanted to try something new here. The meatloaf over fries was fine, the brown gravy was definitely not... cooked with the meat. The French dip was really weird! Never had a French dip like that. It was more like a simplified phillycheese steak. Overall good experience. I'll stick to a burger next time. Read more
