Okay look, I don?t usually leave reviews for fast food?BUT it?s been REALLY iffy trying to find ANY good Arby?s lately. Trust... me, I?ve driven all over the place. The locations in Raleigh have been closed in the middle of the day, and/or seemed highlyconcerning with food quality. HOWEVER, this was the most professional, clean, and positive Arby?s experience I?ve had in like 20years. THANK YOU. Promote these people, give them raises, send them out to fix the others. We were literally the only car in line and got pulled down to wait on our food. After waiting and finally receiving the food we... realized they shorted us a slider. So we park and walk in and she tells me that oh, they made the mistake and only rang up oneslider so if I want my other one I have to walk back out to my car, get my wallet and then come back in after waiting on thefood in the first place. The lady said she was the manager and just kind of found it amusing that they messed up our order, Ican?t believe after all that waiting they still made us walk back to the car and the manager was just unpleasant and did notcare at all. Always clean facility, personable staff, and accurate orders! Delicious fresh food.
Good was the same quality as every Arby's. They could have recieved 5 stars if they placed napkins and a straw in the bag.
