Got food poisoning on Sunday 10-2-22. Had the 10 piece chicken with honey mustard sauce. Only thing I had at that point so I... didn't need to narrow down how or where I got it. With their horrible customer service, I should have stopped going there thelast time the drive through host was rude. Read more
The lady that works the drive thru in the morning has the best customer service skills that I've ever seen.
I was driving and stopped here to get something to eat it was around 10:00 pm. Me and my children got inside and a very rude... girl ask us if we can leave because they were closed and in the sign it says they close at 11, very dissaponting and managers orowners should check on it because you cannot announce something and than do different like in this case closing time... This particular McDonald's can be hit or miss depending on what crew is working that day. The poor girl running the cash... register couldn't understand what an Americano was. Told them just forget about it don't worry. Then when I got to the checkoutthe secondary girl did Apologize and ask if I wanted to add it to my order. They tried to make it right but I had already givenup at that point. That being said they are usually pretty good for McDonald's food. Read more
Never have I been to a McDonald's that the drive through been so slow. No matter what I order there is a wait. I've went inside... and got food faster. At this rate I'll take my business to place that has better service, which is really any of the fast foodplaces next to it. People are nice, but I really don't expect a long wait, the food shouldn't be slower than ordering inside.Till this is fixed I'll go to another burger place. It's not the people it's the speed.
