We went for the A&W side of the restaurant and was very disappointed. The service was questionable, teller couldn't remember... much. After ordering our burgers we went to get our drinks, root beer was what was desired and after filling the cup there wasan over powering odor of chlorine. Sat down at our table and looked in the kitchen. Thankfully things looked clean. Howeverwhen watching them prepare our burgers they took them out of a tray and put the patties precooked into a MICROWAVE! All theother A&Ws I went to before they cooked them on a griddle at least! Got the sandwiches and they were sub par to say the least.Fries were soggy, cheese curds were OK. Needless to say run don't walk from this establishment. Read more

Best customer service I have gotten from a fast food joint and much to my surprise the entire order was correct as well!!! The... gal working the drive thru gave me a free sample of their featured mountain dew and made the floats traditional style there wasalso plenty of napkins for the mess the munchkins made as well as condiments I honestly can't say enough good about this place Read more

bad service. long long wait in the drive through. order is alway messed up. inside is always filthy like i need a shower after... being in there filthy. i work concrete so that says something. hire some adults that arent straight from the prerelease programto run things. just a thought. been like this for years with no signs of correcting the most common complaints. i give up onbuttes location. Chance was helpful, the lady working tonight needs some manners. So, it took forever in the drive through, we were the only one... in the drive through at the time. Finally got our stuff from a young lady that was either flustered, or just really didn't likeher job... As soon as we pulled away I went into the bag to give my husband his food and my food wasn't there, instead of abreast combo I got a nuggets box. We decided that if it was because we ordered the wrong thing, we would keep it, but wecouldn't find our receipt. So I went inside with my card and the nuggets to talk to her. Chance asked how he could help, I toldhim what happened, and he asked for the receipt. I told him we didn't get one, but that he should ask the drive through gal as Iasked if the breast or thigh was bigger, and then ordered the K2 combo. But again, that we were given the K12 instead. It seemedto have flustered him as well, and he was hesitant to talk to her. He started printing receipts, looking for ours, and couldn'tfind it. Eventually she came up and snapped at him and I saying "I couldn't print your/her receipt". Which sounds pretty sketchif you ask me... how do I know you didn't skim my card?! So after her saying it would be a minute from across the kitchen andhim being too flustered again to ask what to do... Everyone just stood around waiting for her to take and bag drive throughorders while I waited for mine that had been originally ordered 30 minutes ago... All I needed was the right chicken... I hadall my sides... So I'm just sitting there in front of the glass window with the chicken that would take <1 minute to bag while Iwatch her take & bag FULL orders for other people in the drive through. ???? In the past I've had a lot of issue coming to this location due to cleanliness and friendliness of staff, but these seem to be... issues of the past, staff members were quick and polite, they got us our order taken in a timely manner and only missed onedrink. Thank you Read more
