Tristen was our server, very knowledgeable, high attention to detail & hot everything right. Made food & drink suggestions & it... was all excellent! Boy, does the staff hustle here! We were there twice over the weekend; the place was super busy but the servers and bartenders... did a great job keeping up. Special kudos to the bar manager who was helping out everywhere. I wish I remembered her namebecause she was fantastic! Read more
We had waited for an hour before I finally went to find a waitress. When I found her she said it wasn't her section but she... would help us anyways, which I appreciated. The guy who had our section was sitting at a table chit chatting for quite some timebasically ignoring us. Thank you to the young lady who helped us out that night. I ordered the $40 wings and fries pack to go. If you like overcooked and dry wings drenched in sauce with a ridiculous amount of... salt, then this is your place. Not poor enough to call and complain, but poor enough to shove this franchise to the bottom of mylist next time we get takeout. Read more
Busy night tonight- Goosetown tourney and the folk festival- and the staff was on point. We arrived around 7 pm, only waited... about 10 minutes for a tables, and got our drinks ordered and delivered in another 5. The food was tasty, if not as hot as we'dhoped, but the ENTIRE staff was working at 110% to serve all the guests and take care of the dining areas (bussing their owntables, etc.). I usually order wings when I go to Bdubs, but I?d been curious about their salads for a while so decided to try one this time... around. First off, Bdubs never misses on flavour, in my experience. Their sauces are tough to beat, and their chicken isreliably delicious. On the flavour front, the wedge salad was no exception. However, the portioning for this salad wasstartlingly disappointing: essentially an entire head of lettuce plus one little chicken tender. I could?ve sworn that the menuused the plural ?tenders? in its description, but after asking my server about it, she confirmed that this was not a mistake andthe salad is indeed supposed to come with just one tender. (As for the bacon and green onions, they were so sparse in the saladthat I nearly forgot they had been listed as ingredients.) It?s possible that I misread the menu and it did indeed say ?tender?rather than ?tenders?, but either way, I would not recommend this salad to anyone interested in something more than lettuce witha hint of chicken. (Thankfully my partner was willing to share part of her wings order with me, so I at least got to leavefeeling halfway full.) If the menu does say ?tenders?, I would humbly request that Bdubs either start living up to that promiseor else update their menus to reflect this one-tender reality. Read more
We visited on 11/9/22. Our food was served over an hour after ordering and was served cold with only half our table receiving... their meal. Once we requested a manager, a gentleman came to our table wearing a San Francisco 49ers hat, I was later informedthis was the new manager. After about 20 minutes he eventually made his way to our table and never apologized, offering adiscount of 20% for the food that was unacceptable. We asked for more off since the service and food was so terrible, to whichhe told us to never come back to the establishment. I hope the owner sees this honest review of their new "manager". I shouldadd that we have been there many, many times before and have not had these issues. Only leaving review as manager was very rude. Read more
