Friendly staff and nice clean atmosphere. Unfortunately, they were unable to make a dry cappuccino. I asked them to remake it... and it came out the same. Both times it was very heavy with zero foam and was essentially a latte. It tasted like warm milk witha hint of coffee. Read more
Staff was nice. Coffee was meh. I got sweet cream cold brew. It was watered down quite a bit.
Completely satisfactory, but nothing exciting. Everything was very clean and the employees were nice and efficient.
The coffee is not very good. I've tried multiple city brew locations and have never had a good coffee at any of them. My drink... is a 16oz almond milk latte. They always put way too much almond milk in it. It ends up tasting like just almond milk. Evenafter I have requested to use a lesser amount. My wife's drink is a 16oz Americano, and she doesn't care for theirs either. Iwould rate them one step above the nasty major chain coffee that is everywhere ?? ????. Read more
Normally I love this place I get the same thing everytime. Despite them cussing me twice in the past year which dumb on me for... not checking I still went and just pay a different way and stopped going as often. Today I went and asked for my usual and itlooks like all I got was some watered down coffee at the very bottom then some whip cream filled the cup. Sadly I can?t leavework to go get sobering else. First time coming to any City Brew and unfortunately we must have caught the employee at this location at a bad time. She seemed... annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted (never been here before), and then at the window the same girl or a new girl wouldhold the items out with no communication. When we first arrived to the window the lack of acknowledgement and communication ledus to believe she was deaf or mute, neither of which was the case. Despite the rude customer service and high prices the foodwas great! The monkey bread muffin and the spicy sausage biscuit were amazing. Super delicious! The sausage and egg burrito doeslack sausage. It's mostly egg and lacks seasoning but still okay. We were at the window at 11:12am, we were the only car and itdidn't seem busy at all during that time. Read more
Adorable ?western? themed cousin of the big Seattle coffee chain. Delicious Carmel Machiatto and oat milk chai! We stopped at... the Butte location in the morning and thought it was so good we stopped at the location in Missoula at lunch time for a pick meup! Read more
Got coffee since our hotel didn't offer any. It was good. Recommend it.
