This is such a cool place. Really great environment and full of butte history. The owner was bad tending and was so friendly and... easy to talk with. I?m sad we don?t live closer because I would be there all the time! Totally worth the stop!! Read more
Really cool atmosphere. In the basement of the Miner's Hotel in Butte's historic district. We went on a weeknight recently and... had the entire place to ourselves. Great experience as we were able to chat with the bartender about the history of the buildingwhile having a couple cocktails. The bar is very spacious with plenty of places to either socialize or find a quiet table awayfrom people. The cocktails were nice and the beer / liquor selection was solid. If we lived in Butte, we would no doubt beregulars and we will always stop in if we drive through town. We talked about staying in the above hotel next time we spend thenight in Butte. 1st rate customer service and a cool bar. Read more

I stayed at the miner?s hotel 4 years ago when it was still partially under construction. We talked with the owners and we?re... highly anticipating the opening of Fifty One Below! I?ve had nothing but good time when I?ve gone out and love the pocket door(dial 4 on the rotary to enter into the unknown!) live music and VERY good cocktails.
