Disgusting!!! When we were in line the worker's handling the food weren't wearing gloves. And when we went up to the front... counter to order our food, the women taking our order was rude. Then she messed up our order and she said she couldn't change itso we had to grab the Manager. Read more
The restaurant was disgusting! Every table was dirty. There were bugs in the booths. The booths didn't look like they had been... cleaned properly in quite awhile. There was food caked in the trim on the booth. Read more
Great fast service. Jordan at the counter was great gave us coupons, we don't get them in the mail to use. Meal was good.
We ate at the A&W side of the store, and the food was good as was the root beer. Very friendly staff!
Food quality varies. Mostly good. Staff are fun and friendly. Only place you can buy sweet lightning Mountain Dew. The colonel... sitting by the front door is a good photo op if you are into that. Read more
I like the food but the service is awful. We've been sitting here for for 20 minutes waiting for our food and the girl gave us... the wrong drinks. They are so slow. As you can see in the pictures they aren't busy. Read more
Were out of tenders and chicken filets. Wanted either of those not "chicken" which is what they had. Had to get a burger... instead. Wow over 17 dollars for 2 burgers. Wrote this while waiting for my order so SLOW SERVICE. Ok got to hotel, 4 min awayburgers and fries are cold, one drink order was wrong. Don't go here its a mistake. Lots of better places to choose from intown. Too bad you can't give negative stars. Maybe health dept needs to stop by, or at least make sure management is working.
